"Get your jacket, baby." Olly said with a smile. "Where are we going?" "It's a secret." I grinned, looking about for my jacket. "Can you check the closet?" I asked him, frowning. He opened the door, leaning in. "Which one are you looking for?" "My beige one." I replied, checking the couch. "Here, take this one." Pulling out one of his own he gestured me towards him. I walked forwards and turned around, inserting my arms into the sleeves. They were too long for me and dangled around my fingertips. He pulled my hood up and it fell over my eyes. He laughed, pulling me close. "I can't see!" I giggled, tilting my head up. "I'll be your eyes." He said, taking my face in his hands and kissing me softly.
It was raining outside, and we ran to the car. Getting into the passenger seat I pulled my arms up further into the sleeves and shivered. "Cold, baby?" He asked, sitting in the drivers seat. I nodded, leaning towards him. "Wait! Put on your seatbelt." He said in a serious tone. "If we got into an accident and you went head first out the window I would never forgive myself." I clipped the belt, giving him two thumbs up from the sleeves. He chuckled, and wrapped his arm around me, rubbing my shoulder until the heat came on.
We pulled into the parking lot across from the stadium and he reached into his pocket, pulling out two tickets. "You got us tickets?" I cried happily, kissing his cheek. "Well, we both enjoy Baseball." I grinned cheesily. "Hold on." He jumped out of the car and shut the door making his way around to my side. Opening the door and reaching in he unbuckled my belt and picked me up. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he kissed my nose. "I'm not a little girl, you know." I blushed. "Yea, but you're my little girl." He gave me a lopsided smile. Setting me down he took my hand in his. "Ready to go?" I nodded happily.
The crowd screamed and cheered as one of our players made a home run. Suddenly music blared through the speakers, some cheesy love song from the eighties. Glancing at the screen my eyes widened as I realized that the kiss cam was up. A cute elderly couple pecked each other as everyone awed. The camera was panning over the crowd, searching for it's next victim. Suddenly it zoomed in on a couple, both looking shocked. That's when I realized it was Olly and I. "Oh my god... Olly, look!" He grinned in a goofy way before shrugging. "Might as well give the audience what they want." He said, leaning in and slowly kissing my lips. The entire audience awed in admiration. Suddenly something landed on my head. "Ow!" I chuckled into the kiss. "Oh, oh I'm so sorry!" A woman said, gently pulling her daughter in closer where they were a bleacher above us. I began to laugh as I realized that her little girl had accidentally dropped a bucket of popcorn on Olly and I. I had the snack all over my lap and hair, as did Olly. The crowd began to laugh and the woman grinned nervously, realizing that everyone had seen the mishap. "It's okay!" Olly laughed, picking up a piece of popcorn from his laugh and putting it in his mouth. The girl giggled in glee at the sight. Finally the game ended and everyone began to clear out.
"Jump." Olly said as we got to the sidewalk. Jumping up he caught me on his back, his arms supporting me under my legs as he walked. I kissed him s few times on the bottom of his ear and his jaw as he chuckled. He let me down when we got to the car. "Here, it's about to start." He said, climbing up the hood of the car and sitting. I did the same, nuzzling into his chest and leaning back. Just as I did the first firework went whistling up into the sky, exploding an a vibrant display of orange sparks. More came, each more beautiful than the last. "I love you." He whispered in my ear. "I love you too." I sighed contently. With that we sat, the sparks between us brighter than the ones above.
