'Wait did he just say I was..."Pregnant?" He smiled, "Yes Mrs (y/l), you are a month pregnant to be exact". This is really happening, you were in shock. All these thoughts came running through you head. 'What's Mark gonna think? Will he leave me? I'm not ready, am I?' "We will give you some medication for the pain". He says writing down on a piece of paper. "O-okay" you barely manage to say.

The doctor gave you the medicine and you walked out of the small yet warm room. You spot Mark sitting impatiently, he looked up and is expression soon turned into relief. He went to go hug you. You giggled and pulled away. "Mark, I'm not dying". He smiled,"But what took so long?"-"The doc just had to run some test and he had to give me medicine". You say showing him the pills. "Okay, well, what was the problem?" 'I can't tell Mark, not just yet. Maybe I'll surprise him, for his birthday. "Just a little migraine". He smiled, "Okay, let's go home now". You nod happily.

TIME SKIP TO MARKS BIRTHDAY~

Your were so excited but nervous at the same time. You had written him a letter, because you found it more fun if he would try and guess it. Mark was still asleep, you, siting on the couch with letter in hand. After a good five minutes, sitting in complete silence, Mark finally comes into the living room. Noticing his presence, you get off the couch and hugged. "There's the birthday boy!" He giggled and kissed your cheek. "Morning baby". You two pulled away, showing him the letter. "I got you something". He takes the letter, with a big smile on his face. "(Y/n), you didn't have too"-"Just open it".

Fiddling the paper he finally gets it open, it said~
Dear Mark,
Happy Birthday baby! I hope you like your present!
But you need to solve this riddle.
We've been on the game journey for a long time now, and it's getting to the point that we should stop being player one and two and let a player three join.

You were so nervous, how would he react?
He looked at you then back at the paper then back at you. It looked like he was about to cry. "(Y-y/n) are y-you telling me, t-that my birthday present i-is becoming a...dad? You also felt tears burning your eyes. You nod. Mark hugs you very tight, you felt so happy. "This is the best birthday present EVER!"  He chokes out. "I-I'm glad you liked it". You two were still hugging, in a crying mess. He pulls away and kissing you passionately.

"I love you (y/n)".
"I love you too, Mark".
You then felt a soft warm hand on your stomach. "I love you too baby". You were so lucky to have him.
