Wale ft SZA "They Need to Know" blasted through my headphones as I was finishing my work out. It was about 12:00 & I had seen at Fitness Time since 10:30 this morning .. But that was normal for me .. I worked my ass off to keep this body I worked so hard to get ..

After my last push up I got up & got my bottle of water to take a sip. I walked to the bench & took a seat. I pulled out my phone to check my messages. I had a text from my girl Ka'Mora.

I got up went to the mirror to take a quick pic to post on Instagram. The I went to the locker room to take a quick shower & change clothes.

"Niggah that's game .." I said shooting my layup .. The score was 39 to 26 me & my niggah Moe had kilt these lil niggahs in a basketball game. I dapped them up & went to check my phone.. I had a miss call & bout 3 messages from my babymama Dyalia. She wanted me to take DK for the weekend .. Which was cool wit me . I know y'all looking like this niggah gotta be fuckin his BM .. But shyt I ain't gone lie I hit that every once in a while but we both agreed we ain't meant to be .. & we both cool with that.

I headed to the men's locker room to take a shower. Then head to get DK (Dy'Keevin Cartel)
