chapter 1

MAY P.O.V:

I woke up because the sun started shining in my eyes, I forgot to close my curtains yesterday evening because I was so tired I just fell asleep on my bed. Today is the first day at my new school Lenester highschool. I have been feeling really nervous ever since i moved out on my own into this small apartment. I have been dreading this day, going to a new school in a different city where i don't know anybody. I am happy that i could finally let all my fears behind and start a new chapter of my life. The only thing that sucks is that i am coming into this school mid semester but I got an scholarship so i can't get destracted and i need to focus on my grades.

I got out of my bed and opened my closet I am happy that we get to wear our own clothes and not some stupid uniform. I grabbed a strippd shirt with an denimen jacket and some black jeans underneath that i wore my black and withe superstars(outfit is on the side). I am a nerd but fashion is one of my passions so I like to call myself a trendy nerd. Once i got dressed I didn't feel like putting on make up so i just went to my very small kitchen and made some toast with cheese on it. after i was done with eating i stepped into my car( picture of the car is on the side too) and started driving to my new school. i took me a while to find a parking spot. i got out of my car and looked at my new school i took a deep breath and walked in. i started walking in the direction of the headmasters office. i was awear that people around me where looking and wispering about me. i finally made it to the headmasters office and nocked on the door, i heard him say'' come in, you must be the new girl may'' i nodded at him,'' here is the key to your locker and your scedule, if anything goes wrong this week just come talk to me'' i thanked him and went to find my new locker. i found it very weird that they had keys instead of combinations but i didn't question it. i finally found my locker afther searching for it for 20 min. i looked at my scedule and i had math and english first. i put the books that i did not need in my locker and strarted searching for the classroom. when i found the classroom where i was suposed to go to the class was already 30 min in, i nocked on the door ''come in'' i opend the door and walked in''you must be the new student may'' i nodded. ''would you like to tell something about yourelf or do you do you just want to just take a seat'' my teacher askes. i waited for a few seconds to think if i wanted to tell something about myself.'' i am may and i just moved here from new york and i am 17 years old'' i looked around the classroom while i was introducing myself and the class looked like they would rather go on with the lesson then listen to me telling about myself.''very good may you can take a seat next to selena'', i looked around and a very pretty girl waved at me. i walked to her and put my bag next to the table and sat next to her''hey i am selena '' she smiled i gave her a nod and said '' i am may'' after that we had a little bit of small talk till the teacher gave us a warning and made us focus on her lecture. i am happy that these classes are very easy they where exacly at the same chapter where i left off at at my old school. at the and of the class selena looked at me and said'' would you like to join me and my friends at lunch'' i was releaved because i was kinda worried that i needed to sit by myself at lunch nobody likes that'' yeah i would love that are you sure you want me to sit with you'' '' yeah you seem like an intersting girl, after your next class just search for me in the caferteria '' i smiled at her and walked of to english. I am happy that english went by very fast, i packed my books in my bag and i dropped them in my locker before i made my way to the cafateria. i bought some food and looked around for selena, honestly i could get lost here this school is very big way bigger then my last high school.
then i saw selena waving at me i walked up to her and sat myself down right next to her. ''hey guys this is may'' '' may this is celine she pointed at a very beautiful brunett with blue eyes and this is denise she pointed at a girl with light grey hair '' you could clearly see that denise dyed her hair but the color looked stunnin on her.'' hey may where are you from'' denise asked. '' i am from New York but i moved here just last week'' i smiled at her. just at that moment 5 super hot guys came walking in but one cought my eyes he had blond hair and i could see his blue eyes from a mile away. I made breef eye contact with him and then turnd away because i could feel my cheecks heeting up. ''i would't go near them '' celine said'' why not? '' ''beacause they are bad news, yes they are all very hott but they are all players i think they have had sex with almost every girl in this school and they don't do relationships'' celine said . i wasn't suprised by what celine said they are very good looking and let's be honest most good looking guys are players and they are trouble and besides what would they want with me i was just a good girl with straight A's and i am not he pretty's flower out there. after lunch was finished i did not see the 5 guys again what i found slightly dissapointing, i also think that they are in a grade above me because i heared Denise saying something like that.school was finally finished and i walked to my locker grabed all the books i needed for my homework and walk to my cute little car. when i was trying to open the door i saw one of them again it wasn't the one i maid eye contact with but i couldn't deny that he was handsome aswell but not as sexy as the other one. i think he felt me staring because i locked eyes with him and he instantly winked at me. after that i opende my car very fast and started driving home. when i got home i had 3 hours till my second shift at the dinner strated so i took my bra off and changed into my lazy closthes and i set a alarm clock so i know when i need to go to my work. i was done with my homework and i still had an hour to pass till i needed to go to work so i decide to take a nice relaxing shower and get dressed for work, they told me i could wear anything i liked as long as it wasn't to sexy or showing to much skin. it was still verry sunny outside and i wanted to look cute but still that it looked like i was working so i chose a striped dress with a denim jacket and with my low withe converse underneath it(outfit is on the side) i decide to put just a little bit of foundation on some mascara and some pink lipstick from my all time favorite brand mac just to look a little bit more profesionel i put my hair in a pony tail. when i was done with getting dresses my timer still had 15 min left wich was great because it will take me 15 min to get there and being early is always better then being late. i decide to walk to work because it was just around the corner and it wouldn't be that dark outside when i was done with my shift. when i arrived at the restaurnt i was greeted by my very lovely boss he was is an italian man and was also the chef ,there worked another guy here beside me the restaurant was small but very cozy it had an italian kinda feel to it wich i really loved about this place. i grabed my name tag and start to help my first customers of the evening. it was 11 o'clock at night when i was done with my chift i would have been done by 9 but something happen and tom(the other guy who worked there) needed someone to replace him so me being the good person that i am told him that i would replace his shift, not that i had much of a shoice i mean i was the only other one working there and my boss couldn't take over his shift because he was the chef. i put my name tag under the counter and grabed my bag and started walking back home. i did not feel very safe being on my own on the streets in this hour but i just sucked it because it was only a 15 min walk back home. when i was home i put my clothes in the laundry bag and jumped in bed and fell instandly asleep.
