michael was sitting in his room reading, as usual, when his mother came in.
"michael we are going to grandma's place for a few days, do you wanna come with?" she asked softly.
michael just shook his head and got back to reading. karen, his mother, moved closer and placed a small kiss on his forehead. "we'll leave some money for food and i can call luke to come?" she said and asked. michael shrugged, not really caring if luke would come. she smiled softly and walked out of his room. after a few minutes michael heard voices outside, he recognized one of the voices, it belonged to his cousin, luke. but then there was the unknown voice. it was beautiful, he heard laughter and basically melted inside. his thoughts were interrupted by his mom calling for him. he laid down the book he was currently reading, huckleberry finn. he stood up from his bed and tiredly walked out of his room and waddled down the stairs just to be met by the most beautiful eyes he's ever seen. he looked at his slightly younger cousin, mentally asking who the boy next to him was. luke understood what michael was wondering. ''hey mikey, i hope you don't mind that i brought a friend?'' he said, well, more like asking. michael shook his head. he squeezed out a small smile. the unknown boy reached out his hand. ''i'm calum, nice to finally meet you! luke never shuts up about his favorite cousin.'' he said, letting out a small laugh. michael chuckled and shook his hand. fuck, his hands are so soft, michael thought. michael smiled at the beautiful boy in front of him. karen clapped her hands.
''well, we are off now, we'll be home in a couple of days, there is money on the table and food in the kitchen. have a good time now! and mikey.'' she paused to look at michael. ''be nice to calum and luke now.''
michael rolled his eyes and chuckled, still smiling. ''daryl!'' karen shouted. michael's dad came down the stairs, carrying 3 bags. ''goodbye boys!'' karen called and walked out of the house, daryl walking behind. the door was shut close and silence entered the living room. ''so, fifa?'' calum asked, the other two nodded and followed michael into the gaming room. yes, they had a gaming room.
