Logan's P.O.V
After me and Chres left the party, we headed to the hospital. We rushed inside and saw our grandma. "What's going on!??!" Chres asked her. She didn't speak. Something was really wrong. Rushing thru the doors were paramedics pushing a gurney with someone on it. It was a woman. It was my MOM!
"MA! MA!" I screamed rushing past paramedics with tears coming down my face. My mom barely moved, she had been shot! tears started to fall down my face. Then she spoke. "Logan, is that you?" "yes ma...its me" I said wiping away tears. "Logan... I-I...love you and Chres both" she muttered. "We love you too ma" I began to to cry a lil more. She took one breath and shut her eyes and nothing happened. "MA! MOM! PLEASE!!!!!" I shouted. Chres started pulling me away from her lifeless body. I cried harder with my head in his chest. My grandmother held us both. We had lost our mother....forever
Three weeks later
Weeks past since my mother died. Me and Chres moved in with our grandmother. But Chres has been leaving late at night. I think about what he is doing or where he is going. I also have been a lil distant from loge hand my other friends. I been hanging with Jacob, he seems to be the only person that could cheer me up.
I was in school doing work. My phone started vibrating. I had gotten a text from Jacob.
Meet me by the bathroom ;)
"Uh could I go to the bathroom" I asked my science teacher Mr.Tyler. "Yea hurry up" he said. I rushed out the bathroom and saw Jacob waiting in front of the bathrooms. "Hey" I said catching my breath. "Hey,you ok" he said embracing me. "Yea" I said. He leaned forward and our lips touched. "C'mon" he said taking me in the boys bathroom.
After school, me and Jacob walked out the school hand in hand."hey Logan" someone called as we were walking. i turned to see my friends, Leigh, sarah, and Simone. "Hey guys" "Logan I'll meet you by the car" Jacob said. "What's going in Logan,you haven't talked to us since your mom died." Simone said. "Look guys I'm sorry" "no your not,cause really we kno you've been ignoring our calls and everything" Sarah said getting upset. "Look Logan, we can't be friends no more.." "huh?" I said. "We can't be friends,because your bring distant" Leigh finally said. They started walking away. "Fine! I don't need you guys anyway" I said walking towards Jacob.
"You ok" "yea let's go" I said.
