My cheek was stinging.

My palms sweaty.

My head thumping.

What am I doing?

Running away from my parents?

Well this is a question I can answer: I've had enough.

Enough of them ruling my life.

It was time to get away?

Away from my old life.

Into the new.

The new world.

They've held me back.

From everything I've wanted to achieve.
