Chapter 3

Madelyn's P.O.V

We are at school I go to my first hour which is Math with Lilly we both sit in the very back of the of the classroom and put in our earbuds and listen to music. I feel a tap on my shoulder I take one earbud out and look up it was a guy with steel blue eyes and golden brown hair there was no one else in the class except Lilly and I but now him, he introduces himself his name is Jake I say my name he smiles and takes a seat infront of me we talk for a while until people start coming in all hour we just take notes once the bell ring everyone immediately rushes out of the door.

Next we have free period so me and Lilly go to the library and we listen to music all hour while helping putting away and reading books,Lilly and I are pretty close to the librarians because reading and music are our escape.Once we are finished we have about 20 minutes left so Lilly and I go to our next hour a little earlier it's on the complete other side of the high school.

 next we get to chemistry and we are going to mix a few chemicals to try to make the liquid change color I honestly don't remember what we mixed but it worked so thank god we got an A+ our teacher likes us only because we don't talk much but still I hear a growl and its my stomach after chemistry we have luck anyways so thats good the bell rings and me and Lilly wait till everyone is out then we head to our lockers they are right next to each other 

we go to luch after we grab our money we go get our food which always contains cookies and chips with peace teas and monsters we go outside  in our normal corner but this time there was a boy in our spot smoking a cig I look up since he is like 3 inches taller than I am I then asked for hime to either move or leave he moved enough so Lilly and I could sit at the small table he put out his cig and I released it was jake he smiled at me and we talked for a while before I know it the bell rings and its time for com arts 

I notice that Lilly was no where in sight so I wait and wait for her to come to class i sat there bored out of my mind and still no Lilly we had 10 minutes left of class so I get up and ask our teacher if I could go find her he said yes  I go out to the hallway and see Christopher I go up to him and asked if he has seen Lilly he responded with a embarrassed look on his face and said "maybe" I said "I swear to god if you don't tell me I am going to punch you" he had a terrified look on his face and said " ye-e-e-s I have seen her before the second bell rang" I had an angry face and said "well tell me where the hell she went" he once again had a terrified look on his face and said "s-h-h-h-e went to what looked like the office" I said "well thank that helps allot *not the sarcasm*

I got out my phone and texted Lilly 

*texts*

me: where the hell are you?!?!?!?!

Lilly: sorry I wasn't feeling good so went to store got soup and went home. :(

me:aw I am sorry I will be home later 

Lilly:okay its fine see you later

me:bye 

Lilly:bya

*normal*

the bell rings and I go to my next class P.E today we have nothing to do so we are allowed to just do anything as long as we don't talk to the coaches so I go to my locker and grab everything and go to my next class and see if I can just have class then I go to history the teacher said it was fine so i had class then it was seventh hour it was free period we didn't pick any electives so I go to the office ask if I could leave early they said I could  so I get in my car and go to quick trip and grab a monster and starburst i get a text from and unknown number 

*text*

unknown:hey cutie

me:um..who is this???

unknown:your date for friday night at 7

me:i still don't know who this is 

unknown:oh yea you gave me your number first hour  this is jake 

me:oh wow um okay thanks 

jake:yea sorry about that but would you friday night movie and a walk in the park maybe dinner?

me:yea sounds great

jake:awsome

me:ttyl bye

jake:ok bye cutie

*normal*

I go home and see Lilly asleep in the couch with the house looking all clean
