We hurried back in the direction we came and reached the entrance. We passed through the entrance, only to be teleported back to the clearing we were at earlier. I Began to panic. " jason! This is just like the story!! We can't get out!" I said as my hands began to shake. Jason then grabbed my trembling hands. "Kathleen, calm down please. I promise I will do my best to get us out of here." He then picked me up and carried me over to a tree and sat down against the tree. I shivered when a winter wind whisped past us. He took off his white button-up and wrapped it around me. I curled up closely and closed my eyes. Much to my surprise he reached down with soft hands and stroked my cheek. He then got up setting me to the side and built a fire to keep us warm. "Th-" i went to say something to him but he just put his finger to my lips to hush me. I closed my eyes once again and thought to myself. This was going to be a long night. When I woke up jason still had me in his arms. As i tried to slip away from him, he rolled on top of me. I squeaked. He woke up quickly. "Yes ma'am!!!". I laughed. "What on earth was that about!? His face flushed, and he moved off me. I began to feel sad. "jason?" I called. He moved closer to me as if he knew what my thoughts were. "What If I never see my sister Bethany, or we never get out?" I asked. "shhhh it's okay. Don't worry. I promise that I will make sure you are safe. We will get through this." he pulled me to him in a tight embrace. I accepted the embrace and returned it. He smiled and let go slowly. I smiled back. " let's go find some means of shelter and food." "okay!" I said. We came across a small clearing with a girl laying peacefully against a tree. Jason rushed to her and tapped her shoulder. She awoke startled, then went at ease. "Oh hello traveler." Jason looked worried. "why are you just laying here?". She smiled softly. "Because I was tired." she said in a voice soft, and melodic. "I am Katrina. You are?" Jason smiled. "jason! And this is Kathleen!" he said pointing to me. "Pleasure to meet you both." Katrina had soft, blue eyes, fair skin and the tiniest of feet. A conspicuous deep blue gem hung brilliantly from a silver chain around her neck. As she arose from the ground and walked towards me, I noticed that her rhythmic walk was so light and flawless that she appeared to be floating weightlessly. I couldn't help but envy her. " you both look like you could use some shelter." She said snapping her fingers thrice. A siberian tiger padded over to katrina making us jump up in a frightened fashion. Katrina laughed at our reaction. "This little beauty is gemini! She is nothing to be afraid of. She wouldn't hurt anyone......unless I gave the command that is " she mounted Gemini and smiled.

Now if you both follow me I can provide the two of you some shelter. She lead us to a clearing with a well built shelter in the far right corner. " Right then! If you plan on making it here, you will need a home. Yes?" she asked us. I nodded as well as jason. She helped us build our home. It took us nearly five hours to build, but when we were done the home was complete furnished with hammocks and well built counters and ready to live in. the furniture wasn't the best in the world since the cushioning was made of leaves and animal skins but it was the best we could do. Plus Katrina had given us a barrel of salt she collected from the ocean. We had a nice little home. "I am going to go out and hunt for some food!" jason said. I smiled and nodded. He sat down and took some vines and wove a basket to collect things in, and left. "Katrina knocked on the door frame. I pushed aside the leafy curtain door and let her in. "so are you and jason a couple?" she asked. I blushed. " N-No! We are just best friends." I said with a red face. She giggled. " I can tell you have feelings for him. Why do you not tell him?" she asked smiling. "Because there is no way that he would like me." i said looking at the ground. "Well sitting there and not letting him know will only keep you wondering. Men are not ones to typically admit their feelings so willingly." she said tilting my head up and smiling at me again. "Alright I have to go and prep dinner for myself. Would you like to help me?" I smiled back. " no thank you jason will be bringing home dinner soon." she got up and walked out. No sooner did she exit. Jason came in with a basket full of berries, fish, and a cooked rabbit. We ate, and then jason put the rabbit skin down with the other animal skins we had leftover from what katrina had given us. We then heard a fiddle playing outside. I opened the curtain and saw katrina dancing happily around a fire in the dark and playing fiddle to a happy melody. I ran over and watched her as she played and danced around merrily. Jason ran over taking my hand, as we sang to the melody she played, and danced happily. As the night ended, katrina lit a torch for herself, me, and jason and then put the fire out, and we all went to sleep.
