6:45 AM

Almost 7. The school's flag ceremony is about to start, I rushed down inside my dad's car and we went straight to the school. As I got there, everyone was outside already, some are talking, some are laughing, and some are daydreaming.

I placed my things inside our classroom and ran outside to join the others. Denise greeted me, so did Kaitlyn and Regine. I asked them about Jasmine and Chelsea, I can't seem to find them anywhere.

Moments later, the flag ceremony was starting so I ran back to my line.

Emma, once again, was behind me, talking to Britt. Britt isn't supposed to be there, she should be at the back of  Vanessa in-front.

As the flag ceremony was ongoing, Sir Anthony, our professor was walking around to check who's absent, who's not wearing their proper uniform, who's not paying attention, and the ones who has no SDG's (Student's Daily Guide)  with them.

As the flag ceremony ends, I saw Jasmine and Chelsea running back at us, I smiled at them, and they did too. I mouthed the words "where have you been" to them, but they didn't get it so I waited for them to reach us.

"Where'd you go?" I asked them.

"Oh Sir Anthony asked us if we could lead the opening prayer," Jasmine started,

"And we said yes" Chelsea added.

I nodded and we all walked back to our classroom where we recited one short prayer and start our usual schedule.

as I sat down, the memory of Nathan's message came back to me. I am very eager to tell someone, but I know to myself that I need to keep it a secret, now that Emma is practically obsessing over him.

 I sighed.

Anna asked me about the worksheet and asked if she could copy some of it. I laughed and gave it to her.

Trust me when I say that later on, I'll be seeing my worksheet across the room, in the hands of someone else.

After each lesson, you could only count in hands the students that stayed in their assigned seats. some are across the room, far from their seats, but like the usual, no one would care. Chelsea, sat beside me throughout the whole morning.

Break time was coming so I had to fix my things and close my bag. The last time that I left it open, I was blamed for taking one of our classmates Camera just because my bag was open and I was the last one who borrowed it, but it turned out that her friend Andrea left in the Play Area near the lockers.

And so it was break time, we waited for Kaitlyn and Jasmine to finish fixing their things before we rushed outside, it's pretty hard to find a place to seat when you have the same break time as the sophomores. They're everywhere.

I sat down next to Kaitlyn and asked Chelsea to buy food for me since she was about to buy one for herself. Minutes later she came back with 2 fish and fries in hand, so I took the other one, with no ketchup and more mayonnaise. I ate all the fries first before I ate the fish, well, save the best for last. Regine was taking an early lunch, so is Jasmine and Kaitlyn, Denise as usual was having mojos.

Whilst we were eating, I remembered Nathan, I studied the 5 of them,

Regine? Well, maybe I could tell her, she's very trustworthy, but she might give me some advice like; "no stop talking to him" or "just leave him with Emma" and I don't want to hear some advice.

Jasmine? pretty close-minded. She wouldn't care at all, but of course, she would tell Denise, and Denise? Well you already know.

Kaitlyn? She's the closest one to me, well excluding Chelsea. Very trustworthy, I could tell her.
