*David's POV *
-------------------
Omg where the hell is she. She would have called by now. The girl is so gunna hear it from me when she gets back. Sam- my boyfriend, yes I am gay-wraps his arms around me.

"Don't worry, Ash can take care of her self." He try's to soothe me, but I'm too worried too be soothed. Lisa, Sam, and I are the only ones who really care. Her family is to busy arguing to care that their youngest daughter is with some badass stranger, possibly getting torched. My panic grows at the thought. Oh my god I hope she's okay.

I have called her about 40 times in the last hour, from 8:00 to 9:00. She hasn't picked up. I decided to call her again in the morning, but I can't wait that long now.

"I'm gunna try her cell again." I tell Sam, we're laying on his bed at his house, his parents are out of town. But he knows we're to scared to do any thing, about Ashley that is.

"Okay, but don't be disappointed if she doesn't pick up, she phone probably  died, or she could have had to turn the ringer off, if you get my drift." He says with a wink. I roll my eyes at him, he laughs and kisses my nose before handing me my phone, he had taken  it and set it on the bedside table. I quickly dialed her number. She picks up on the second ring, just like she always does.

"Hay David what's going down." She says, she's cheerful. What the fuck.

"Do you understand how worried I've been." I deadpan. I'm really interested about why she didn't pick up the first 40 times.

"I'm so sorry." She says, I know she's not lying, she wouldn't have said sorry if she was. "How can I make it up to you?" She continues, mocking now.

"Tell me why you didn't answer my calls earlier and all's forgiven." I reply, if you ignore her sarcasm you can actually have a descent conversation with her.

"I was at dinner, I was just about to call you back." She says.

"When are you going to be home." I counter. She whispers something to a person on her end.

"I'll be there at about 10:00 tomorrow night, that okay your highness." She says goodnight, and hangs up once I reply.

"See I told you she would be fine." Sam says. I text Lisa the news, she freaks out. Sam snuggles me and I turn me phone off. Sam's already asleep.

*Spike/ Kevin's POV. *
-----------------—
Her phone rings, she checks the caller id before answering it.

"Sorry, got to take this." She says.

"No problem," I reply, she smiles and gets off the bed. She answers the phone on the second ring.

"Hay David what's going down." She says as she exits the room, shutting the door behind her. Who's David? Please let it not be her boyfriend. I stop myself from listening at the door. I'll asks her who it is latter.

"Hay, umm.... What time do you think I'll be home?" She whispers. She trusts that she is going home at least.

"Around 10:00PM. Okay?"

"Great." She smiles at me before saying the time to the phone. She bids David goodbye and hangs up.

I wait until she has sat back on the bed until I ask. "Who was that?" I ask like it doesn't matter, it matters, it serenely matters.

"A friend from school," she replies nochlontly. I practically beg her for more information. "My best friend, or well my best guy friend." She continued. Shit, I honestly half hoped David was a girl. "Are you jealous?" She asks, searching my expression.

"Me jealous? You must be joking." I say keeping my voice and my face steady. Yes I'm damn jealous. This gorgeous girl left from talking to me, to go talk to him.

"Then why dose this matter?" She counters, raising her eyebrow at me.

"I was just wondering." I say, making my voice nonchalant. She shrugs.i stand up.

"Where are you going?" She seems almost hurt by the fact that I'm leaving.

"Wouldn't you like to know," I smirk at her. I don't have a place in mind really, I just need to clear my head of her presence. I can't fall into her trap.

"Can I come?" She asks, she doesn't want to be alone. I shake my head no. Her face falls a little. "Why not?" she asks, hurt. I suddenly have an idea. I pull off my shirt.

"To dangerous" I answer, before flinging the French doors and running towards the guard rail. I filing myself into the perfect front flip over the top of the guard rail, and free fall in to the midnight black water. Let's see precious David do that.
