After styling Mari's hair (again!), I started to think about what Chloe might have looked like when she was younger. Imagine if before all the fame, before all the attention and money she was given when her father became president, Chloe was just your typical high-school nerd? Working hard, doing well, no need for makeup... maybe sporting some cute Mari-type pigtails, perhaps?
And so this happened! The makeup was easy to remove once I found the right tool, and the hair is a suggestion from slaydd. Sorry I didn't add the fringe, but she just didn't look right with one (and it was a pain to colour).
