Your POV:
I sit in Ethan's lounge room balling my eyes out and creating tear stains on the couch. There are tissues everywhere and my eyes are bloodshot. You may be wondering why I'm like this so here's the story:
*Flashback to last week*
The day started like any other. I got up, had breakfast, got changed and everything else. I finished all my morning stuff and I really wanted to spend a day with Chris. Today is our 1 year anniversary but lately I feel like he doesn't want a relationship because every time I want to do something with him, he has something more 'important' as he calls it. I thought that maybe today he's free and would go out for the day.
I walk down stairs into the dining room to see Chris having a coffee.
"Hey babe. I was thinking that maybe we could go out and have day together. Maybe have lunch, go for a wa-" He interrupts me and says,
" Aww honey sounds fun I actually have a lot to do. Oh and would you look at the time I have to go. Love you babe". He says as he rushes over to you with his work bag in one hand and coffee in the other. He kisses your cheek and rushed out the door to his car. The car starts and I hear it drive down the road.
"Of course that happens when ever I want to do something with you, you rush off and do some other 'important plans' that you have". I mumble to myself starting to get angry. My voice raises a bit as I say,
"Oh and did I mention that it's one one year anniversary today? No oh course not because you would obviously have some more important planed". I fall on the floor with my head in hands and all the thoughts of the times when he's rejected our plans. It started about 1 and 1/2 months ago and almost everyday I've tried to do something. Each time he would somehow have a different excuse and it makes me feel like he doesn't even love me anymore. Thinking about all the memories Chris and I had makes me even worse. I spend the upset because of what happened and the thoughts that have running through my head of Chris. Hours pass and he arrives home. He opens the door and puts his bag down.
"Hey babe, I was wondering if you wanted to go out for dinner tonight?" He asks as he walks towards me.
"No". I say.
"Pardon I thought I just heard you say no". He says back.
"That's because I did". I say to him.
"I don't understand why?" He says confused.
"Chris for past month and a half I've been trying to go out with you and do something but everything I ask you brush me off and either run off to work or say that you have something important to do. And then you come in here hours after you said no and ran away expecting me to do something with you? No I've had enough. Clearly you don't love me anymore so I have no reason to be living in a house with you anymore". You say to Chris trying to hold back your tears. You turn and run to your room grab a bag and chuck all your clothes in it. While your packing your bag Chris is banging on the door begging for you to unlock it. Once your finished you open the door and push past Chris not saying anything. Your near the door and Chris stands in front of you blocking your path.
"Chris move!" You tell trying to push past him.
"No Y/n I'm not going to let you leave" he says pushing you back.
"Just watch me". You say as you slide you bag under him and towards the door and you use both your gaffs to push out if the way. He falls against the wall as you grab your bag and rush out. You get on he car and drive away as fast as you can. Having no money for a hotel you go to Chris' best friends house, Ethan. He lets you in and offered for you to stay for a while. Ethan has treated you like you were his sister more then his mates girlfriend. Well ex-girlfriend now. Ethan keeps you company and whenever Chris tries to come over he talks to him outside and sends him home. Your so glad that you met Ethan.
