I am all alone now. Here in the woods where I lived with my friends. It was a long time ago. I'm not sure how long exactly but they all left. Or they died. Who knows. Maybe I'm the dead one.

There was 7 of us in total. We all just woke up one day in the woods. Alone. Maybe we where dumped here.  Unwanted by society. Whatever that even is. We where magical. Maybe that's why we were put here. We were too different. We used to call our selfs the children of the woods. Despite all of the time they have been gone though I still remember their faces. Every single detail. From their quirks to the way they smiled.
There was Abbey. She was the youngest. Bright blue eyes and long blonde hair. She was just 6 the last time that I saw her. Her smile was always wide. Showing the gap where her front tooth had fallen out. She was able to talk to the wild beasts that lurked within the trees. She kept them away. Protected us. She's gone now and every night I hide and prey that they don't follow me me.                Then there was Caleb. Caleb was 10 with hazel eyes that were speckled with gold with scruffy brown hair. Always up to something. Joking and playing tricks. His power was that he could feel everybody's emotions and manipulate them. Maybe that's why I was always happy back then.                Then there was the twins. Jesse and Callie. Identical and a pain in the ass. Constantly arguing and bickering. They had the power to read minds. Except each others. 12 years old. Shoulder length dirty blonde hair. What mainly stood out about them was their eyes. Each had one chocolate brown and the other was an unnatural l, shocking purple.                                                  Next was Hollie. Hollie never really spoke. Her almost white hair ran right down her back with stunning grey eyes. She could manipulate the four elements.                                              Finally, there was Caine. At 19 he was the oldest. Our leader. He cared about us. Protected us. His hair was black as night and his eyes dark green. Fierce and intense. He has unnatural strength.

And then there's me. I can't remember my name, power or anything about me or what happened to my friends.

Sometimes I would do anything to remember what happened to them.
