There are plenty of things I can say about this, but I'm going to limit myself. I wrote this to be peculiar, and I desire for you to have the curiosity to ask your own questions. But even so, here are some of the things about this story that you will likely not ask questions about but still enjoy knowing.
First off, all of the nightmares are nightmares I have had in real life. They repeat themselves and often they mush together where all of them torture me in my sleep. They communicate as if they're real. Sometimes in the dark I feel like I can see them (I know it's not real I promise I'm not crazy) lurking. The only nightmare I left out was the very first one I had when I was around 5 or 6 years old. I will be writing a story about that one as well. Frankly I think that one is the most terrifying of them all.
Second, around the age of 8, yes a girl down the street from me poured pee all over me. It was dog poop and pee but I decided not to include animal feces in the story because I didn't like the fit. That girl told me that I was a dog, loyal, naive, and that I needed to be trained. So I walked home in soggy, wet, gross smelling clothes. My hair is VERY curly so it took ages to get all of it out.
I will add more to this later if I think of anything else. For now I'm going to leave you with a set of questions that I'm interested to hear your opinion on. There's not really a right or wrong to any of these, but once you tell me your answer (in a private message) I will tell you mine and why that's my answer. How old is the boy?
Why did the author chose to make him a boy?
Why did the nightmares leave the boy alone in the end?
