Mirai Nikki Is DEFINITELY one of my favourite animes of all time and mainly being because of the main female protagonist. If you know anything about anime you will have heard of Yuno. She is known as the most psychotic yandere girl ever.
I'm not sure how to explain the plot. In a way it's a lot like the hunger games. A select few have been chosen to have future diarys. And they must wipe each other out to become the 'God'. (Of what I don't know).
Yukkiteru -the main guy- is probably one of the most unluckiest yet annoying bastards on Earth. Seriously his girlfriend has SERIOUS issues.
Yuno is just completely mad. She takes overprotective girlfriend to a WHOLE new level. I bet if she could have her way she would kill everyone in the world just so she could be with Yukki. I don't even wanna mention the episode where she chains him up and brings 'people' so they can all be one happy family again. (Trying not to give any major spoilers).
Anyway Mirai Nikki is especially suited for people who love darker themes. As for age rating I would say 15+.
