Louis' POV

The next morning was awkward, to the point of everyone wanted to leave. Harry stayed in his room, no one dared to go talk to him. We all know he only would want to talk to Darian, but deep down, he wants everyone to talk to him.

So we all sat around the kitchen table eating bowls of cereal and toast that Darian laid out. We all ate, and watched Darian watch us all. Zayn ate happily, making pleasurable noises in the back of his throat. Hospital food is terrible so I understand why.

Darian didn't eat, she just watched us all eat. She drank a glass of apple juice, slowly but she tried to fit in. Her eyes were normal, but moved from all of us to Zayn so quickly she looked crazy.

Her left hand was underneath the table, guessing she was rubbing Zayn's thigh lightly. She was very caring for him, just like she is for all of us.

She always put everyone first, sometimes invisible to the eye. But she really cared for Zayn. When she says "I love you" to him, you can feel the meaning behind it. Like it's meant to be that way. They look at each other in a way Eleanor and myself never have.

Darian and Zayn have been together about 5 months, but they've acted like they've been together 5 years. It's the type of relationship where you'd want the feelings, not the drama. My favorite thing about them two is how they never can go a moment without looking at each other. It's just mind blowing.

But then there is Harry, and I absolutely think Darian and Harry should be together. They've known each other for so long, they know everything about each other. They've had moments when you think that they were actually together secretly.

But I know Darian wouldn't do that, especially not to Zayn. She's in that triangle that no one wants to be in. But hopefully she finds a cut in the shape, because if she keeps this up any longer, she's going to be hurt along with them.

No one can really help her, she just has to know what she wants. I think she does, but she's afraid of wanting what she wants because of the outcome. One of them will be broken, but not too broken to where they can't be fixed.

"So, how was everyone's night?" She asked lowly, coughing at the end. She looked at everyone and took another sip of her juice.

"Good, slept well." Niall replied, regularly.

"I'm pretty sure you did, 12 hours of sleep must feel great!" She said sarcastically which hurt because she knows something is wrong.

"You didn't sleep?" Liam asked quietly.

"5 hours, mostly stayed up watching Zayn or cleaning. Needed something to do..." She shrugged off, her hand raised from underneath the table and sat folded in front of her.

"You need to sleep, go lay down." Liam replied sympathetically.

"No, I want to know what happened yesterday and why everyone is so quiet and why Harry is locked in his room." She looked at us all with wide eyes. Zayn dropped his spoon and laid back a bit in his chair,

Nothing was said, what could be said? 'Oh, yea so management said you can have your job back but you can't date Zayn publicly and you're just a colleague, nothing more.' Like no, you can't just come out and say that.

"Anyone..." She said which was more question like. No one said anything, but a faint noise down the hall all caught our attention. A torn up Harry creeped out and walked slowly into the kitchen, making a small breakfast.

"Harry," Darian went to ask before Niall hurriedly spoke up.

"Management came over and enforced a few rules, that's all." He tried to say confidently, looking slightly over he shoulder to avoid eye contact. It isn't hard lying to her, but it's hard making her believe it.
