Chapter 21- "He's your father"

Jasmine's POV

I ran out of the bowling alley and into my black Porsche with my awaiting kids inside.

"What took you so long ma?" Amarion asked

"Ya and why did you run out?" Anton continued

"Well I had to explain something to Drake and then I-i remembered Ush said he needed something from the store so I ran to the car so we can get it before heading home."I answered while starting the car and driving out of the parking lot.

'Why am I even lying to my kids? They not my parents.' I thought to myself

"Oh well are we going to HEB? Because we need a few things from there too while we at it." Anton replies

"Ya sure" I kept my reply short that way I can't ramble on.

It was silent the rest of the way to HEB, besides the music the boys had on.

Aubrey's POV

I walked back to my boys with a grin plastered on my face.

"I'm guessing it's time to go now?" Mark asked

"Yup, I got more questions, to Usher's crib we go." I answer happily, lifting my arm in the air as if I was superman.

We piled back into the black SUV and drove to Usher's crib, I knocked on the door to hear heavy footsteps coming towards it.

"Wassup Drake, didn't know you came into town so early," Usher smiled and gave me, OB, and Mark a bro hug as we walked in.

"I came to stop by and see if I can help with any preparations you know, trying to help out," I smiled

"Well I was trying to carve out something, but I know that ain't your thing so you can find a place to have it, not a club tho, my girl would freak out, 'It's only there 15th birthday, not there 20th'"he chuckled to his interpretation of Jasmine.

"Ya I'll see if I can find a place."

I pulled out my phone and looked though my contacts.

I found the right persons name and pressed call.

"Hello?" my cousin Ryan asked

"Wassup Ryan, I need a favor"

"Yeah sure what you need?"he asked gladly

I told him the plans and seen if he could help, he said he had another mansion/house we could have the party in right here in Miami.

I thanked him and hung up the phone just as I heard a door open and close.

Jasmine's POV

Once me and the boys were done at the store we drove back home.
I seen a familiar black SUV sitting in the driveway but shrugged it off.

I opened the front door and sat down a couple of bags as the boys came in with the other bags, I knew that was all of them so I shut the door.

"Unload the bags would ya?" I asked the boys giving them my puppy dog eyes

"Why you giving us that face we know we have to do it either way."Anton chuckled and smiled Aubrey's smile

Amarion rolled his eyes at his brother, "You go chill in the living room ma we got this."

I chuckled at my boys and walked into the living room with my head down.

"Beautiful women should never walk with their heads down,"I heard a deep, familiar voice say.

I instantly looked up to be face to chest with Aubrey.

"First of all you are too damn tall, second of all how did you get into my house?" I asked feeling queasy.

"Usher let me in," he smiled his smile.

I rolled my eyes, "Well why are you here?" I asked

"Cuz I came to visit my bro Ush and see my nephews." he responded

'If only you knew they weren't your nephews but your children' I thought

"Whatever" I sat on the couch and grabbed the remote, when out of nowhere it was snatched from my hands.

"What the hell!?!" I asked/yelled

"Nope I have more questions." Aubrey replied

I was starting to get annoyed of questions.

"Fine, what is it?" I asked

"Are the twins mine?" he asked

I paused 'We weren't supposed to have this conversation til later like on my deathbed later ugh!!' I thought

"You didn't tell him? He doesn't know?" Usher came in and asked me, yes he knows that the twins are Drake's sons, and he doesn't mind.

"No babe I haven't, I wasn't ready," I answered Ush while Aubrey looked extra confused, the look on his face was kind of cute.

'NO, DON'T THINK THAT!!' my mind yelled

"Well since we're about to tell him maybe we should tell the boys as well," I nodded my head as I agreed, time for them to find out the truth.

"Boys come into the living room for a second," I yelled throughout the house.

"Coming!!" they answered back.

They walked in and nodded they're heads at Aubrey and sat on the opposite couch along with Aubrey, while me and Usher sat across from them.

"Boys I have something to tell you, I don't know if it will be a shock to you or if you already suspected it but," I paused and looked at Usher for reassurance.

He nodded his head at me and started to rub circles on my back, soothing my nerves.

I took a deep breath,"Drake... Is your father," I told them.

Astonishment was written over all three of their faces.

It was silent until he spoke up....
