It was a terrible night. Everyone was freezing by the fire. Until that one moment, when everything changed. But let me come back to the beginning of the story...  I'm Leo Bell. I live in California, with my dad. One day that was considered one of the worst or best days of my life, I don't know which one, I woke up, and opened the window.

"Ah, another foggy day" I said. Meanwhile, my dad was making breakfast. I walked into the the kitchen, and my dad handed me a plate of bacon and omelet. "Good morning", he said, sadly.

Today, was the day when my mom passed away, four years ago. I was only 10. My dad loved her so much. He even still brings her suitcase when we're travelling, and puts another plate, when we're eating. She was the most beautiful woman in the world. She was always kind, and she always had a smell of flowers. I still remember the day when she passed away. She was shopping with my dad, when a robber came to the store and started threatening the cashier to give him the money. My mom stood up to him, and then, he shot her. It was the worst day of my life.

"It's time to go to school", dad said. "Okay, let me just put my clothes on". At school, I've already noticed something was different. I saw the sky, and they were yellow, like the sun expanded to fill the whole sky. First class was history, man, I love history. Somehow, all the stories in history lesson made me connect to them, like I could connect them to something that happened to me. Like the story about the Trojan horse, when the Greeks made a horse from wood and said it was a gift for the city of Troy. And then, while the Greeks were inside the horse, and were in the city, they broke out of it, and started fighting while everyone were asleep, and surprised them. I remember that my friends from school, brought a present to the "nerd" of the class, and it was actually a paint bomb, that blew up on his face. And that happened with many other stories. I thought that was a coincidence, but OH BOY, I was wrong....

So, while my teacher explained about the Industrial Revolution, I saw a flame in the sky. I thought I only imagined it, so I looked away. And then, I saw another flame, and another, and a whole bunch of flames. I thought everyone is seeing it. But apparently not, because my teacher yelled and asked me what the hell am I looking at. "Nothing, Miss Noris". At the end of the lesson, I still saw a bunch of flames in the sky, so I don't know how, but like something was controlling me, I started climbing on the top of the school. I almost fell off, but I made it. I saw almost all the school staring at me. I didn't realize they were looking because I touched the flames and immediately, I was on fire. The fire didn't burn me at all. But apparently they couldn't see just the flames in the sky, and they could see the flames on me. I immediately started to try and turn the flames off, but I couldn't do that. So I did the only thing I thought of at that time, I threw my shirt off me. And then I saw it. I had no body. Just flames. Then I saw someone coming towards me. He was old, I thought he was at least 80. "Come," he said, "You were chosen". "Chosen for what?"
