Daniel Chammas: Experienced Litigator

Daniel Chammas of Venable LLP's Labor and Employment Practice Group of Los Angeles, California is an experienced litigator. He attended the University of California in Los Angeles and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree, following which he continued his education and received his Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School in 1999. He is experienced in defending companies against class actions, particularly wage and hour consumer class actions. Daniel Chammas has litigated and resolved several types of workplace disputes, including claims for sexual harassment, wrongful termination, racial discrimination, and unpaid wages. The class with sought several million dollars could not be certified, as the recordings were authorized by the state tariffs. Over the years, he has also worked with entertainment studios regarding protecting their rights and obligations in basic contracts and talent agreements. He is also a legal representative for Fortune 500 companies dealing in goods and services across the United States.
