Susanna's POV.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN WE'RE GONNA MOVE?!" I just couldn't believe what I just heard. 'We're moving away from here.'

"WHERE ARE YOU EVEN PLANNING ON MOVING TO? YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO ME. I LOVE LIVING HERE. MY FRIENDS ARE HERE, I CAN'T JUST LEAVE THEM." I really do love my parents, but I just couldn't stop myself from yelling at them right now. They can't just take me away from here, for once in my life things are okay now. They can't just take that away from me. I won't let them.

"Well baby, we're not planning on actually settling anywhere anytime soon.. We actually want to travel for a while.." They tried to say it as carefull as possible.

"Wait what? NO! I CAN'T! I have school! This is MY senior year, I'm not letting you guys ruin it because you suddenly want to travel! Can't you just wait for another year?! UGH." Yeah.. There really was no way I was giving in.

"I'm gonna go now." I said bluntly, ran out and smashed the door behind me.

I took out my phone and started dialing my best friend Ally's number. Please pick up, please pi-

"Hello? Susanna?" Thank God!

"Ally! Are you at home?"

"Susanna, of course I am, where would you expect me to be at 1 in the morning? Why what's wrong? Are you okay? Did something happen to your parents?" She already started to sound concerned.

"Sorry.. I can't tell over the phone, mind if I -?" I didn't really have to finish my sentence and she'd already answered.

"Of course, just make sure you use the backdoor."

"Okay, see you in a bit." I quickly hung up, got my bike and drove to Ally as quickly as possible.

"Hey, what happened?!" Ally asked me, pulling me into hug.

"myparentswanttotravelaroundtheworldwhichmeansihavetoleavetownforalongtime."

"Wowowow. Calm down. Now say it again, slow."

"Alrighty.. My. Parents. Want. To. Travel. Around. The. World. Which. Means. I. Have. To. Leave. Town. For. A. While. Maybe forever.." I turned my head to check on Ally and her face was in complete and utter shock.

And when she finally spoke, the only thing she could say was, "So.. When are you guys leaving?"

"I didn't say I was going.."

"Where are you gonna live if you're not going then ?"

"I don't know, they won't allow me to live on my own -"

"Wait! I've got an idea. Follow me!" She yelled and ran downstairs to meet her parents in the living room.

"Mom, dad, can Susanna move in with us?" She asked them with a huge grin on her face.

"Wha- What? Why would she have to move in with us?" Her dad questioned.

"Well.. Kevin and Lena kind of want to travel around for a long while, but Susanna doesn't want to leave and wants to finish school here, so I was thi-"

"thinking that if you got permission for her to move in with us, they would allow her to stay her?" Her mom finished.

"So? What do you say?" Ally asked carefully.

They exchanged looks and her dad finally spoke, "Well, we don't mind but you'd have to ask your brother if he minds. Speaking of your brother.." He said and nodded at the door, which made us turn around to face her brother.

"What do you have to ask me?" Alex said looking up from his phone.

Ally was about to speak up, but I cut her off, "Would you mind if I moved in with you guys?"

"Uhm, I guess I'm okay with that. But can Daniel move in with us too then?" He replied with a laugh.  

"Hahahaha, no. But uhh, Susanna, you've got our permission, now go talk to your parents."

"Yes sir, thank you, I'm on it." I answered quickly and dragged Ally out of the room with me.

"Dude, you're coming with me to ask them! I can't do it alone." I tried to convince her and..

"Ugh, fine!" It worked.

When we finally arrived at my house, I noticed all the lights were still on. Hmm, that's weird, normally they would already be sleeping by now.

"That's probably because you ran off without saying anything other than 'I'm gonna go now'."

Wait, was I thinking out loud? Oh Gosh.

"Let's go inside, I'm freezing." Ally complained, dragging me to my front door.

"MOM? DAD? WHERE ARE YOU?" I yelled through the house.

"SUSANNA IS THAT YOU? Thank God, you're okay!" My dad said, coming down the stairs.

"Of course, why wouldn't I be?" I said smirking.

"Okay what happened, you were angry when you left and now you're all cheery?"

"We need to talk." I answered, avoiding what he said.

"So you're saying you can move in with Ally and her family, so you can stay here?" My dad asked.

"Yeah, they're all okay with it and I really don't want to go. I really want you guys to go, so this way everyone can have what they want." I said, kind of hesitating.

"Honey, we've talked about it and we can stay here if you want to?"

"No. I want you guys to go. Just do it already, I don't want you guys to regret staying home when you're old."

They looked at each other, both grabbed my hand and said, "Fine, you can live with Ally."

"REALLY?! THANK YOU!" I said and hugged them both tightly.
