Playing again or not

(Ashton POV)

I turned and saw my two brothers.

" I was at Xander's house" I said taking my shoes off.

" You should have called or something we were worried about you." Austin said.

" Well maybe you should have called saying you guys weren't coming yesterday. We waited for you guys to show up for an hour." I said.

I put down my keys and cellphone.

" We were busy, we would have called, but..." Daniel started to say.

" But, what? Were you guys to busy hanging out with other people!? You could have said something so we didn't have to waste our time on you guys. I just can't deal with you guys right now." I said.

" What do you mean by that?" Austin asked.

" It means what it means. It's Saturday just go out I need some time to myself." I said going upstairs.

They called my name, but I just ignored them and went to my room. I put on my earplugs and started to drown myself in the world of music.

(No One POV) *Downstairs*

"We should have called her." Austin said.

" I know, but what do you want me to tell her. That we were with other people and forgot about her." Daniel said.

" No.."Austin said.

Then they heard a ringtone go off. They looked and saw a cellphone on the table.

" Should we pick it up?" Austin asked.

Jeremy's hand reached and picked it up already. He answered and put it on speaker. " Hey Ash. You left your clothes at my house." The voice said.

" Who are you." Jeremy asked.

" I'm her boyfriend. Who are you?" The voice said.

" We're her brothers." Austin said.

" Okay whatever just tell her she left her stuff at my house." Then the line went dead.

(Daniel POV)

'She has a boyfriend?' I thought to myself. I felt something in my heart like jealousy?

'Am I  jealous? Why?' I thought to myself yet again. I looked at Austin he was neutral about hearing about our sister's boyfriend. She never told us she had a boyfriend.

(Austin POV)

'What!?! She has a boyfriend?' I thought to myself. 

I have a secret that I have kept from even Jeremy. I was secretly in love with Ashton. I have been in love with since her we were 8. I remember the day I fell in love with her.

*Flashback*

We were all in a field: Ash, Daniel, and me. Our "parents" left us there saying something about us needing to do stuff. Anyway we were all running around the field until we saw big field of flowers. We all jumped in it together. Jeremy was laying on Ally's right while I layed on her left. "Ash you love us , right?" I asked.

"Of course sillies. You guys are my baby brothers." she said.

" Even if we have cooties?" Daniel asked.

" Yup I'll always love you guys." she said.

" Okay." I said getting up and picking Daniel by his hand to the side.

" What are you guys doing?" Ashton asked.

"Give us a minute." I said.

I then told Daniel my plan. We both got a single flower and started to fold it. We then both went to Ashton's hand and went on one knee. " What are you doing?" She asked.

" We're doing what daddy said to do if you love someone. We both love you Ashton. Would you be our bride?" I asked.

She nodded her head and gave us kisses on our cheeks. We both put the flowers on her fingers. Then our parents found us to go home.

*Flashback End*

' I wish we were like that now: carefree, able talk to each other, and just still all together.' I thought.

" Hey Austin. Why are you so quiet?" Daniel asked.

" Nothing just a little tired." I said.

" I just cant believe she has a boyfriend." Daniel said.

"Yeah." I said.

* Upstairs* (Ashton POV)

I got lost in the music, but I longed for something. I looked in the corner and saw the case just standing there.

I went to it slowly till I put it on its back. I opened it and it revealed a brand new cello. I slowly took the cello out and played a note on it. It made a bad sound in which I winced. I got the rosin out and rosined the instrument. It was mostly in tune now too. I breathed in then out and played a song I knew by heart.

* Downstairs* ( No one POV)

Austin and Daniel were just talking when they heard something they haven't heard in awhile." Is she playing her.. cello?" Daniel asked.

" Yes, it has been so long since we have heard this tune." Austin said closing his eyes and listening to the tone.

" Yeah, she hasn't played since that DAY." Daniel said emphazing the day part.

* Flashback*

It was a cold dark day. If you heard anything it was quiet, but if you listen carefully you could hear children crying. You ask why they are crying. It was simple , these children were crying because their parents drove away from them, leaving them by themselves with $1,000, some clothes, and a cello.

There was two boys about 10 years old and a girl about 12, they were standing there while the boys were crying silently. The girl put a strong face for her little brothers. What they didn't know was that wasn't the worst to what will come. Something worst is coming something much worst.
