Izzy's POV (her outfit)
- Monday -
I skip to lunch smiling in my dress my necklace hitting my neck softly with each skip.
I bump into something falling to the ground instantly groaning. "Slow it down Bubs" a raspy voice said my brain was so confused. The only person to call me bubs was oranges and the boys but the voice was nothing like those.
I kept looking down in fear of who knew my nick name and who I might have bumpped into. Just look up it can't be that bad just look up look up go on look up. My subconscious says I take a feel breath before looking up.
Jason McCann I instantly smile seeing his chocolate brown eyes just sitting on the ground smiling up at him. "Can I help you up or do you just want to stare at me" he chuckles.
I feel heat rise to my cheeks as I take his hand "you okay" he asks I nod "y..yes a..are you" I ask groaning at how I'm stumbling over my words. "So cute you think you hurt me Bubs I probably bench more then you weigh" he chuckles.
"Don't call her bubs matter of fact don't talk to her ever again McCann" Toby spats grabbing my hand pulling me back a couple of steps. "Why do you care Toby she's not yours" Jason growls as I back into Toby slightly.
"H...he's actually kind of like my brother also" I mumble softly. "Kind of but he's not he can't tell you what to do" Jason snaps "s..sorry" I look down Jason growls lowly "its fine I'll see you soon Bubs" he smirks.
"No you won't" Toby growls "see you soon bubs" Jason chuckles. "My name is Izzy" I mumble softly he nods leaving.
"Your so lucky it was me that caught you talking to him and not Blake" Toby scolds I nod "sorry" I mumble. "Its fine let's go to lunch" he smiles kissing my head "okay oh and Toby can you take me to the elementry in 25 minutes I'm there student Teacher" I smile proudly.
"How did that happen your not old enough" he asks "well you see I passed 4th grade with flying colors" I giggle softly he chuckles "alright I'll take you" he smiles as we race to lunch.
I go sit at my table next to Megan and her friends "hey Megan" I smile "hey bubs" she smiles. "You know what's going to stink" one of Megan's friends groans "wants that" I ask.
"Cheer practice" she groans laying her head on the table. "Why" I ask curiously "were missing a person Tara is out for another two months she hurt her ankle bad and now she can't participate in the championship" she sighs.
"I'm sorry is she okay" I ask worried "she'll be fine we all just need to win this competition" she smiles "let's change the subject" oranges says before I can talk. "Okay OMG have you seen Missy and her boyfriend its so cute he wants to be so quiet about it though I think she's mad about it" another girl says.
"Who's her boyfriend" I ask "its Bl" she starts "okay enough nice talking to you let's go see if we can go see if we can try out for cheer leading" Megan says interrupting the girl.
"Umm Megan we've been trying to get you to try out for two weeks what's the sudden change of heart" Sarah asks. "Not me Izzy will" she says "but Blake said no" I mumble she nudges me.
"We'll see you later" she pulls me away "Megan" I frown stopping after a few steps. "Why did you say that Blake already said no and no means no" I cross my arms.
"Izzy let's go your going to be late" Toby rushes over I sigh nodding "I still have ten minutes I haven't even ate yet" I raise a eyebrow at him. "Let's just go" he ushers me I nod just following him.
When we get to his truck I get in the passenger side buckling up. "Hey Toby..." I mumble "yea" he says starting the truck. "Why is everyone acting so weird" I ask "Izzy I don't know" he sighs but it sounded forced "alright I trust you" I shrug turning on the radio.
He drops me off at the elementary and I get out smiling. "Thanks Toby" "I'll pick you up at 3" he says I nod going into the building.
I go sit at my desk along side the teacher she smiles and hands me a stack of papers. "Thanks" I whisper seeing the class is taking a math test.
At the end of the day I'm taking the kids to the buses. "Miss Izzy" a little boy asks "yes Tommy" I smile "do you have a boyfriend" he asks "nope" I smile at him as I walk him to his bus.
"You should be my girlfriend" he beams I giggle softly "I'm sorry Tommy but I can't I'm not quiet ready for that kind of relationship" I sigh kissing his head.
"Have a good night Tommy" I smile "you too miss Izzy and can I ask again later" he asks. "You can ask" I smile he hugs me getting on the bus.
I wait until all the buses leave then Toby pulls up. "How was school" he asks as I get in "it was good Tommy asked me out he's so cute" I giggle. "Oh no whos Tommy" he groans looking at me.
"A kid in the class I'm a student teacher in" I smile kissing his cheek. He drives back home and I get out going inside. "Blake" I yell when I get in "he's not here" Toby shrugs. "Oh where is he" I ask "I don't know" he mumbles "time for bed soon want me to order pizza then" he asks I nod smiling.
We spent the rest of the night eating pizza and watching the Bachelorette. I lay my head on his shoulder falling asleep.
