Would you rather be awake? (VIXX Ravi)

Shit.

This is why it's better to be sleep-deprived than waking up late. Haekhyun hyung (N) shouted "The hell? Did you wake up just now? Hurry up because manager hyung is waiting." I shrugged and hurriedly washed my face, put on some random clothes, and finally rushed to where my group mates were.

"Seriously Wonshik hyung. You should avoid this hobby of yours of waking up late. It's really getting tiresome waiting for you every single morning." Hyuk sasses him. I rubbed the back of my head, embarassed. "Yeah. I'll try that."

The life of an idol isn't as heavenly as one may think. The more fame, the more the schedules, and more headaches. But I didn't think of quitting for once. This is my one way ticket to letting them hear my music. I never had any problems with this career.

Except for a certain fact that, I was always late and the staffs gets pissed off because of it and it has become a major problem in some schedules of music shows...

As I was contemplating on our upcoming schedule, I was called out by our manager. "Wonshik, you should know that there are others waiting and working hard on this comeback. It would be better if you change this habit of yours for the betterment of everyone involved."

I was startled, embarassed and immediately apologize. Then our manager sighed "You can go say sorry to the management and the staffs later."

I nodded politely in response. I wish there was a way where I never need to fall asleep.

When we arrived at the Music Bank, luckily our turn was far later so we still had more time and this saved me from the music director's eternal nagging.

Hours later....

The day passed quite normally but, yep, more schedules awaiting tomorrow. We thank each one for their hardwork and headed back to the dorm.

When we were settling down on our rooms, Haekhyun hyung (N) approached me and said "You better wake up early tomorrow, sleepyhead" while nudging my forehead slightly. (I just couldn't resist. Navi moment~)

"Yeah. Whatever."

We settled down and I felt my eyes closing out of tireness.

It was pitch black. I turned everywhere to see if there was another human being was around. But no one was there. Then, from afar, I saw a doll. "Come here..."

A talking doll.

Her voice, it was hypnotizing. I came closer as if being enchanted by her.

That's when I realized that it was no doll, but an actual, goddess looking, and enchanting human being. But was she really one?

Her raven black hair scaled down from her nape until her shoulders and her bangs were cut unevenly but even that she still looked beautiful. She really looked like a living doll. With her pale porcelain skin, her small plump lips, and that long, thick, and full eyelashes in her eyes.

And for some reason, in front of her... I couldn't speak or utter even a single word.

"Do you want to stay awake? If you wish, I will take away the sight of darkness you experience every night but--"

"Yes."  I cut her off. I didn't know why I did that.

"Very well."

My eyes suddenly opened and saw that Jaehwan (Ken) was shaking to wake me up. "Wake up, wake up! Eek eek eek eek! (imitating an alarm clock)."

Typical 4D Ken.

"Eek eek eek eek eek eek ee!--" I slammed my palms to his face to shut him up, like how we do it to an alarm clock.

"Yeah, I get it, you can shut up now Kenjumma." I murmured, still half-asleep.

Jaehwan leaves with a pout. "Meanie!"

I looked at my phone to check the time and was left really shocked. It's an hour before the start of our sched.

That dream though. It seems so real, at the same time, it's... just a dream.

But it would really be awesome if what she said came true.

Timeskip back to dorm (I'm too lazy to write about Vixx being hot for the rest of the day.)

"Argh! The schedule this day seems most tiring than the other ones. I'm beat!" Hongbin exclaimed as he stretched his arms, relaxing his stressed muscles.

"I bet Wonshik hyung would fall asleep in just 3 secs. Oh. New record by the w--." Hyuk said as he glanced to where Ravi was. But unexpectedly, it was very far from what he just stated.

He was busy and fully awake on their couch composing rap mixtapes while looking at the laptop screen with intensity. "Oh... Then nevermind." Hyuk shrugged.

N then shouted from his bedroom. "Go to sleep kids! We're early much more tommorrow. Especially you Wonshik. And I don't want anyone whining early in the morning saying 'Five more minutes~~ >.<'

When Ken heard this he crossed his arms and muttered a 'hmph'.

With all that finished everyone bid their "goodnights" and slept. But one member was still wide awake.

Ravi's POV

That's strange. I do feel really really tired but I can't fall asleep, wait scratch that, I don't feel sleepy at all. I don't remember drinking any kind of pills though.

I tried closing my eyes. But it twitched and I felt a really sharp pain as if knives were poking my eyes. I immediately opened them due to shock.

What the fuck was that?

I felt shivers ran down my spine and thought of where the excruciating sudden pain came from. But then again, no one else was awake, but me...

I breathed slowly and paid no heed to it anymore. The night ended with me wide awake.

But not everything goes as it is.

My body was frozen as if something was tying me down. Fuck. Fucking move.

I was turning pale with every moment passing and hearing a sound of tapping heels approaching my paralyzed form. Well, just great.

Seeing her hover over me with a wide grin made me go blind for a moment.

The next moments passed by a blur with her hysterical laughs and words I manage to hear in between.

"Would you rather stay awake?"

I couldn't.

Then I died.
