Nothing big happened today.... I tried to meditate for the first time in a while but my back started to itch and my arms started to feel like they were on fire.... nothing big happened anyway just a small vision of a bat or a bird I couldn't tell... it was only for a few moments... I think my dog saw my phantom tail it was weird she kept sniffing the tip if my phantom fox tail then licking my face and she even acted different after sniffing my tail almost as if she was scared.... it's almost 11:30PM I'm playing Holiday by Green Day and I'm upset I didn't have a good meditation... so I'll write again tomorrow
