Hanna's POV
I sat in my room, and sighed. I miss alpha....I thought as I stared at the ceiling, building a mental image of his features. He was so amazing, but he broke his promise. Why did he do it...? I wondered as I try to drown out everyone else's thoughts.
I listened to some and stumbled upon Ryan's. She hates you...she never wants to talk to you...you hurt her.... you're a monster...his thoughts echoed and I pouted. He wasn't a monster. He was perfect. Why did I overreact? I couldn't let this go on any longer.
I stood and jogged downstairs looking for him. I had to find him. He needed to know I was sorry. I looked everywhere and sighed. "He's probably at the Moon Ball....with Sylvia..." I sneered at the thought, not knowing why. She felt like a threat. Why did I want to rip out her heart and shove it where the sun didn't shine?
Kylie took my hand and dragged me to our little posse from school. I groaned, not wanting to go, not feeling right. Hunter winked at me and I rolled my eyes. He pouted and I looked at me playfully. "Hanna, you are very flirty you know that." he chuckled and I laughed loudly.
I shook my head. "Nah you started it." I smiled and he nodded in agreement. I knew Hunter liked me. I knew he didn't know I couldn't and didn't like him back. Not only was he a human but I liked someone else. I pouted again, upset that I couldn't find him. Kylie nudged me and I smiled weakly. She didn't know how much I was hurting.
