I peeked out from under my long brown hair to see, the most weirdest kid in school, doodleing on a paper insted if reading like we were all were supose to be doing. I watched him quietly, keeping my seceret like for this boy as unodvious as posible.
His name was Mac and I had been threw all my grades in school with him. I think the teachers found him as creepy as everyone else in class did so they just pushed him along and didn't wanna deal with him. Me on the other hand, there was something wrong with me, I thought that the weird kid, with his peircing gey blue eyes and shaggy brown hair, that was normaly greesy, was cute, alaways had. I figured if he would shower every once in a while he wouldn't be that bad. I know he came from a bad home, somewhere in the trailor park I'm sure, but he always facinated me.
I on the other hand came from a good family, we were better off then most, I had never even seen a trailer park, we had a big house and I had wonderful parents. I wasn't tall but I was thin and did all the school sports and I loved being with my friends. Yeah, Mac and I were polor oposits, but god, was he a looker. I knew it was wrong to stair at him and I often wondered what kind of things he might do if he saw me, but to be honist, I was more afraid at what my so called friends would say if any of them found out. I wanted to be friends with this kid. I pushed the thought out of my head as I tried to peel my eyes off the kid beside me.
I took too long though, I saw his amazing eyes shoot up and he cought me. I tried to rip my eyes away, but it was no use he had a hold one me. He looked at me with the darkest look I had ever see. Then he smiled the most twisted smile I had ever seen. My body acted and my mind didn't have time to stop it, I smiled back at him. One of them stupid cheese, the love of my life is smiling at me look and I dont know what to do so I'm going to sit her and smile like an idiot, smiles. He smiled his twisted little smile more and then his face harddend and he went back to his drawing.
I looked up for fear someone had seen this little exchange. I scand the whole room at least a duson times, Everyone was reading, no one had seen me smile at Mac, no one had seen me stairing at him. This had to be the best day of my life. I went back to reading my book.
The bell sounded and it was time to go home. I was so happy counting down the days to summer vacation. I went to my bestfriend Alexa at her desk. She was too afraid to come around mine becuause of Mac.
"Hey!" she smiled looking up at me.
"Whats our plans?" I asked her. Trying to push Mac away from my mind.
"My mom said she'd pick us up, and drop us off at ur house, I love fridays!" she was smiling then her face fell and she lost all color. I was courious as to why she looked that way. I turned to see Mac looming behind me. I jumped, he smiled that twisted smile of his and walked away with no word.
"Stephy," Alexa spoke lowly.
"Yeah," I said as my eyes fallowed Mac out of the room.
"I think you have a problem on your hands," she said sounding tarrified. I nodded I didn't know what else to do. Who knew that looking and smiling at this kid could make him want to toucher me now. I wanted to cringe I wanted to be afraid, but in my twelve years on this earth, nothing trilled me more, then knowing I was now on Mac's mind.
