Carceros- A Roleplay

Rules

1) Alright guys. I don't do this often. But...I'm limiting characters. One per person. Gender is up to you.

2) Activity is a must for this one. Please join only if you're certain you can be on. I'm limiting this one.

3) No R rated romance! Sure, I would like to see some romance. But, if you guys are making love, do we really need to know? So PG-13 please. If you do choose to do...that...take it to pm or skip. Please. I just don't want massive detail on your baby making ok?

4) No text talk please. Third person is a must.

5) You'll come to see I'm pretty laid back. So don't be afraid of me or my cowriter @ElfinCorsair (the talented elf pirate I met in college) if you have a question.

6) There's no password for this roleplay. I trust that you read through the rules and information thoroughly to not break these rules.

7) Killing is allowed (if permission is given) I believe it raises stakes.

8) No god modding. But really, we knew this. Please tell me we knew this.

9) I would like this to be in a joined thread for conversation. I want everyone involved. If that doesn't work, please try to interact with everyone. I pray that this is kept small, so hopefully we can get along well.

10) Don't get me wrong, I love drama. But please, keep it with the roleplay. Please.

11) I know how hard it is sometimes, but stay true to your character. I expect character development through it or a hidden portion of backstory left out in your form (I actually encourage it), but if you turn in a form for a majorly outgoing person and then make them the complete opposite IN THE FIRST CHAPTER, I will erase your form. I usually let this slide but I'm putting my foot down.

12) PM ME ABOUT PLOT TWISTS ONLY IF IT HAS TO DO WITH THE MAIN PLOT. SUBPLOT THINGS ARE FANTASTIC. SURPRISE ME. I love them. If you have ideas please never hesitate. HOWEVER. If you throw them out of the blue when they have to do with the actual plot without telling me I will be mad and remember it for the next RP I make. I need to make sure they're relevant. Also, Elfin and I will be choosing who the emancipator is depending on your forms. Please don't request it.

13) I know in the past I've said that I didn't care about reply lengths. But I've realized it's hard to work off of the short replies. In acting class, I've learned that this method is called "handing your partner a dead fish". No one will be mad, as long as the quality outshines quantity.

14) Accuracy is a must for this one. We've given you all the needed information to be accurate. Do not whip out your iPhone from your jeans pocket. I will yell at you. ALSO. Elfin knows a lot about this stuff. Consult the elf for any questions on time accuracy.
