The Wall is all we have left to keep us safe in Lexington, Virginia. These things have killed every person out beyond the wall... Or so I have heard. We lost connection from everyone. We recently lost contact with Mexico, Brazil, Japan, and Canada 3 months ago.
2 months ago we sent people out to see if they could find out what was wrong. Those groups included my parents and older siblings, Luke and Ellie. I haven't heard them since the left.
The only family I see every day now is my 3 year old brother Austin. I still wait for my parents and siblings to reach out with their reports. People tell me I should just accept that they are gone. How could I though? I refuse the let the thought enter my mind. I will believe it when I have proof. I know they are alive. Hurt? No sure. But alive and I will stop at nothing until I get my family back.
Even if it means disobeying the government's orders.
