Alaina Remington wasn't a bitch. But that didn't stop people from saying she was. Alaina also wasn't a slut, but people still made up rumors about her scandalous one night stands. All Alaina was, was pretty. Too bad pretty and not popular didn't sit well at her school. Which is the very reason rarely any guy had ever taken interest in her. She was just 'That Slut Alaina'.
The only guy that ever dare like Alaina was Carl Nixon, a super nerd who thought he could sing. When Carl asks Alaina to homecoming, she comes up with the perfect - albeit not so thought out - plan. Pretend to already be going with avid stoner and all around fuck up Matt Thompson.
Too bad said boy was standing two feet away, and heard the whole thing.
Now Alaina's stuck with Matt until the end of October, which surprisingly enough, might not be a bad thing.
