If we used out brain like our kids, we would be a very different species. Their minds work like they are build for. The long stories and beautiful descriptions of creatures that may or may not exist is astounding. The imagination is endless. That's why is say, let their minds run and run.
Throughout our lives as a tiny human, we are taught a specific way of thinking, a certain way of life or what to do and how to do it. In my opinion, all this magnificent imagination is squeezed into a very small part of our lives. Perhaps you may get an hour to draw pictures or 3 minutes at school to run around.
