The Mysterious Hybrid

Chapter 2

Felica POV

          I answered my phone."Hello is this Felica?",the person spoke."Yes this is Felica who is this",I said.

          "This is Lisa from the headquarter of orphanage center in New York I will like to tell you that your request to leave the orphanage early have been accepted and I will also like to say thank you for your donation for the orphanage with that tomorrow you can leave the orphanage",she said.

          "Thank you Lisa for telling me such a news goodbye"and I ended the phone call.I feeling happy because I can leave that place without being adopted like Malcen.Huh I miss him even though he still did not call me all of these years.

         I look time in my phone I think its time for me to go back.I went to my bike and ride it.When I arrived I went to my room and start packing.In the middle of packing one of the youngest child Lily came to my room.

          She is the only one I spoke to in orphanage because she is the only children that did not think me weird."Why are you packing your cloth"she said."Well I think its time for me to go sweetie",I said.

          "Why will you go",she says sadly.I pick her up and seated her on my bed"Because this place is not my home and I want to try to find my long lost family",I said.

          "But would not you be lonely",she said."I would not be lonely because I have a friend that would help me to find them",I said.

          Her smile became wide"Will you promise me to be happy?",she said."I will and its time for dinner you better go to dining room before the food finish",I said and kiss her forehead.

          She jump down from my bed and run out of my room.After that I continued to pack for few minutes and went to dining room for my dinner.

          After I finished my dinner I went back my room and packed my remaining things.I sleep early because tomorrow is the day I will find them or I continue my "work" and find Malcen.With that my vision went black.

The next morning

          I woke up early than other children and went bath first.After I finish I dress up and take my things out of my room and put it near the reception counter.

          Before I left I went to the kitchen and help the staff to cook the breakfast.After I finish I go back to the reception counter pick up my things and went to my motorcycle.

          After I finish put my things on my motorcycle Lily running to me while crying. "Why*sniff*why will*sniff*you leave again*sniff",she said and hug me.

          I hug back and say"I leave because trying to find my family and you might have a chance for a nice family to take you".She look at me smile sadly and release me.

          I ride my motorcycle and before I left I wave goodbye to her and she do the same.

          With that I drove my bike to the road and went straight to one of my "work" headquarters that is a few kilometer from the orphanage in Denid town.

          I arrived and park my motocycle at the parking.And then I hear a familiar husky voice coming from my back"Hey Falcon glad you come cause bossy Laser pretty much bossy right now".

          "Oh and hello to you too Number and why will miss Laser became bossy snappy cat"I said.You see he calling me Falcon and me calling him Number cause that is our work name for where I work.

          In my work place nobody call by they real name to prevent they family being danger with them.

          "Well Laser want you in her office since you get out from that place and why you don't want her to adopt rather than you get out from there on your own",he reply.

          "You know right that I don't want to worry her if I going any dangerous mission since we are in a team",I said."Yeah yeah lets go before she start destroy the room",he said.

          He start help taking my things and we entering the building then straight to the elevator.After enter the elevator he press one of the lowest floor that is in the underground.

          After the elevator stopped at what floor we want me and him start walking the corridor.He then went to one of the door and put my things in there and for me I went to one that have a red carpet.

          When I about to knock the door a sassy voice spoke"Come in Falcon I have been waiting for you".
