Have you ever wondered why the sky can be so cruel?
As if the people it hangs over give it great suffering.
I have heard that rain brings sorrow and thunder brings anger.
How lonely the sky must be, to be so angry, even though filled with many clouds in day and stars at night.
The sky is not only sad when it rains. That's quite like saying a person is only sad when tears fall from their face.
Somedays the sky may want to cry but, she lets the sun beam instead.
I dream of a day where the sky truly has a reason to smile and no reason to be cruel.
That is my dream, to see a truly happy sky.
Some might say my dreams are a cliche, but that's okay.
