i was stalking lucianovietto and her rant book (lol busted) and i saw a couple of tags that i thought looked cute, so im going to complete some of them here (prepare for a tag spam) (i hope yall dont mind)
one: WHEN DID YOU FIRST BECOME A FAN OF FOOTBALL?
probably when i first moved to england from the us, but i was still small. my brothers really took to the sport and i guess i just ended up surrounded by it.
two: WHO ARE YOUR MOST FAVORITE FOOTBALL PLAYERS?
ricardo kaka, zinedine zidane, denis bergkamp.
three: ANY FAVORITE FOOTBALL MANAGERS?
as embarrassing as it is, i have a crush on jurgen klopp. so he's on the list. other than that, i have soft spots for carlo ancelotti, arsene wenger, and as of lately, zinedine zidane. a fantastic player turned into a promising manager.
four: WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE FOOTBALL CLUBS AND WHY?
arsenal fc. my dad has supported them all throughout his life, and supporters in his family go back many years. so technically speaking arsenal runs in my blood.
also real madrid. i don't know why exactly, i've just always had a connection with them. my brothers love them a lot, so that probably rubbed off on me over time.
five: WHAT ARE YOUR MOST FAVORITE NATIONAL TEAMS AND WHY?
england, because it's where i live. i've also been to two england games before and the passion the fans have for the team is fab.
france, because i used to live there and overall they have a great squad and also very promising players who i'm sure will influence the future of football.
i would say the united states, because i'm half american from my mom's side, but quite honestly i despise the usmnt. i've never had a connection with them, and that's just that (yay for patriotism)
six: HAVE YOU BEEN TO ANY FOOTBALL MATCHES?
i've been to three. two england games at wembley, and one 13/14 arsenal game against liverpool.
seven: DO YOU OWN ANY JERSEYS? WHICH ONES?
i own two: both from the 15/16 season and blank, a home real madrid jersey and an away arsenal jersey. they're my babies.
i'd also like to add that being an owner of a real madrid home jersey has really helped me boost my stain removing skills. white jerseys (obviously) stain like a bitch.
on ucl final night my dad made a celebratory paella, but the shock of griezmann's penalty resulted in me dropping my forkful of paella all down the front of my home jersey. i should've worn something else whilst i ate but dumbasses don't think ahead ;---)
eight: WHICH MATCHES WOULD YOU LIKE TO GO TO?
definitely el clasico, the atmosphere that comes with the games are just amazing. i'd also like to see arsenal play chelsea one day.
nine: WHICH JERSEYS WOULD YOU LIKE TO OWN?
i'd love an england jersey, especially since the euros are coming up and i'm holding out a lot of hope for them.
ten: DO YOUR GROUP OF FRIENDS LOVE FOOTBALL AS MUCH AS YOU DO?
yes, i have a few. others i've tried to convert, and although they have a newfound appreciation for the sport, nothing stuck.

no. i'm pretty upset about this, but my time will come.
