The road to the Grand Festival! (Pokemon Fanfic)

Leaving home!

That day flocks of pidgey that flew around the town woke me up with their cheerful chirps. I opened my eyes and looked at my alarm clock. Luckily it was still morning.10 am to be exact.

I jumped out of bed and walked over to the wooden chair where I had put my clothes the night before. Unfortunately a brown fox-like creature lay upon them. I recognised the little creature. It was "my" eevee. It was actually still wild since I had not caught it yet.

"Wake up" I mumbled while I put her on the ground. "Eevee" it yawned.
"Now all my clothes are full of your hairs!" I snawed at Eevee. ''Now I have to search for something else I can wear today''.

I walked over to the corner of my room. I searched for my white-colored backpack that I had packed the night before. ''Now what will I wear?'' I though. I searched through all my clothes. I found a white shirt. It had an image of a Lapras printed on it. Matching shorts and shoes were easy to find.

I walked over to the bathroom and brushed my long blonde hair. Eevee followed me. It was time to feed her. I grabbed my bag and walked downstairs to feed Eevee.

''Are you ready?'' My mom asked. I could smell the bacon and eggs. ''As ready as I can be'' I exclaimed. After I fed Eevee I walked over to the kitchen to see what my mom was making for breakfast. Just as I though. She was making bacon and eggs. ''A special meal before you go off'' my mom smiled.

 After I ate my breakfast I was ready to leave. ''I have something for you'' my mom smiled. ''What is it?'' I asked. She gave me a pokeball. This one had a right top and the other half had a white color.  ''If you are going on a journey you'll need a place for eevee to rest'' she explained. '' you're right'' I agreed. I pushed the white button and a red flash appeared. It turned right towards eevee. It shook 3 times before finally stopping. '' now eevee is officially yours'' she smiled. '' Now go!'' She exclaimed. She gave me a hugg and waved me goodbye.
