Chapter 3

*Next day*

‘Ring ring’ I looked down and saw my phone vibrating it was Chase. I just let it ring and hurried along to my lesson. I left Ryan in bed not caring if he was late. Why would I?

By second lesson I was already tired from last night. Chase had made my night worthwhile, but I don’t come back for seconds so its time to find someone new.

“Hey Kelly, where were you last night?” I turned around to see Lilly who had thrown herself at me. “Oh I was with Chase last night”.

 “And you didn’t think to answer your phone why? You had me and Ryan worried” I couldn’t help but laugh at that. Yes I may have had Lilly worried but all Ryan cared about was me fucking his best friend. “I was busy okay?” I asked in a tone meaning shut up. “Busy doing want exactly?” she was looking down at me now with a glare anyone would run from. “What is this 101 questions or something? No I didn’t think so. If you don’t mind I have a lesson to get to” I barged past Lilly walking fast to my next lesson hoping to avoid anymore contact with her today.

All through first lesson I have Lilly in my head. I was out of order to her but if she knew what had happened last night it would be round the school quicker than you could say slag. I know I am a slag but my new school doesn’t. For some reason what Lilly said has stuck in my head ‘you had me and RYAN worried’ Why would Ryan be worried? He only cared about if I was fucking his best mate. Right? Then he might have been worried about me not having my key. And if that made him worry he must have cared about me getting in the room. Which means he cared about me coming home? Right? Argg I over think things. He only cares about his ego being ruined when the school find out his roommate is a slag.

I walked to second lesson slowly. Still thinking about what Lilly said. “AHH” screamed someone right into my left ear. It was chase. “I made you jump didn’t I?” he said smiling. “No you just made me deaf” I said with a bitchy voice. “Oh I see someone isn’t in a good mood this morning” He said with sarcasm in his voice. “And?” I said hoping he wouldn’t answer. “It’s clear you don’t want to see me after last night. So much for you having a great time” he said with a bitter tone to his voice. He quickly walked away. He was probably scared of my response.

Today was not my day. First Ryan annoying me last night. Then I upset Lilly, and now Chase probably hates me. I really did have a great night. He was fun to be with, a great kisser and amazing in bed. Though I hate to admit it… probably the best I ever had. I didn’t mean to be angry at him I just couldn’t stop thinking about Ryan.

I arrived late to my second lesson. It was only P.E anyway. I went to the changing room throwing on my black skin tight shorts and my white vest top. The uniform for P.E is a yellow polo shirt and bright purple shorts… yuck. I thought I would add my own style. On my white vest top I drew the school logo. I thought if I did this they can’t moan saying it’s not school uniform. It has the school logo on therefore its school uniform. The P.E teacher gave me a detention for it being ‘incorrect’ I didn’t care. It was only for an hour at lunch. It got me away from the group which would consist of chase being angry, Lilly being upset and Ryan Snogging Rachel. Suited me just fine.

I walked onto the basket ball court. This school was a specialised sport school. They had two football pitches, a basketball court, a tennis court, a swimming pool and a gym. The P.E teacher, Miss Roch, put us into teams. P.E classes were gender ordered. Not like my last school where I played with the boys as the teachers thought I was too ‘violent’. It’s not my fault no girl knows how to tackle and barge in rugby is it?

My group consisted of Rachel, Gemma, Claudia, Megan and some girl who never spoke. I think her name was Annabel. Megan was a class D slag. But she had good taste in boys so I didn’t mind her. Rachel just stared at me. Yay I have a fan I thought to myself.
