It was about 2 weeks after Sally had came to the orphanage. My life was starting to see some light now. We were starting to hang out more often and people laughed at me less. We sat on a bench eating little triangle sandwiches Sally had made for us. As I stared at Sally. Her hair was blowing in the wind and her brown eyes shimmering in the suns light while she looked at a yellow daisy. Suddenly I felt my heart start to race faster and faster. I felt my cheeks get warm. Then I spoke words I had thought I would never say. "I love u, will u be mine and mine only?" I had said. Then she smiled and kissed my cheek and whispered "I have the same feelings towards you. So yes." Then something took me by surprise. A hand had grabbed me and pulled me over the bench and I felt a sharp pain hit my head as I hit the floor. I looked up to see Billy laughing and holding Sally back from helping me with his left arm and a knife in the other.
