Maya's POV

I ran and ran as fast as I could. My iPod was almost dead and if it died I would have the same consequence.

I'll explain it later when I get safely inside the walls of the leaf village, but for now I gotta keep running. Itachi was right on my trail and Kisame was not far behind him.

I ran faster and when I got to the gates, I teleported inside of the village. Luckily for me they stopped and turned around, back to the base.

When I knew they were gone I stood up and looked at my iPod. "Crap, only 20% battery remaining" I needed to find a new ipod for while this one charges.

I walked around the village for a bit to find no shops open and no wall sockets to plug it into. I looked at my ipod one more time and saw that it was only at 10% left I needed to find a wall socket soon.

I jumped into a big house into an empty room, that smelled strangely like onee-san, and plugged my iPod in and immediately it started to charge. There was one other person in this big house and from what the chakra is like, I know it is a young boy.

I just hope he doesn't find me and kick me out. With that last thought, I fell asleep letting the darkness devour me into a deep sleep.

~Inside Dream~

I was playing with Itachi onee-san out in a field, flowers covered the whole field and it was beautiful. We were playing monster, he was the monster and I was the princess and the monster tried to eat me.

We were running in circles and onee-san was chasing me while I was laughing. When he got me a snake man came and tried to take me away. He didn't get me but he got my headphones and he ripped them out of my ears.

My breath started to come out in heavy gasps as I was trying to get air into my lungs. The worst part was after I couldn't breath, and that was when my heart stopped.

Onee-san saw me and quickly fought the snake guy which drove him away. He grabbed my headphones that were on the ground and put them in my ears. He picked me up and let me sleep while I restored my energy.

~Dream End~

I woke up to find a young boy who was about to poke my face, obviously to get me up. He spoke and I read his lips as he did to know what he was saying. (I know how to lip read very well so I know what they are saying without taking my headphones out)

"Hey, what are you doing in my house" he said. "I'm charging up and then leaving, ro" I said.

Sasuke's POV

I woke up and felt an unfamiliar chakra in my house and the source came from Itachi's room. I opened the door and there, sleeping on the floor, was a little 5 year old girl. She had an iPod plugged into the wall while it was playing music in her ears.

I went in and crouched down beside her and before I poked the girl to wake her up her eyes opened up.

"Hey, what are you doing in my house" she was starring at my lips while I talked. "I'm charging up and then leaving, ro"

"Are you almost done, because you need to leave."

"Yeah it's done now, ro"

I guess she has some sort of speech problem. "Well I'm leaving right now so come on. Grab your stuff and get out."

"Okay sorry for sleeping in your house last night, ro"

She grabbed her iPod and its charger and jumped through the window, hopping from one roof to the other. Her jumping came to a stop and she walked into the Hokage building.

I quickly left my thoughts and started walking to the academy, ready for another boring day.

Maya's POV

I stopped in front of the Hokage building and walked in. I need to stay here so that they can't get to me.

"Hello" I said to the lady at the front desk. "Oh, hello little girl. What do you need today?"

"I want to ask the Hokage if I can stay in this village" I said calmly. "Ok you can go up now, I will inform him that you will be coming up."

I looked up and said a quick thank you and started to walk up the long stair case. When I got there I knocked on the big wooden door, waiting to be called in.

Hokage's POV

I was sitting at my desk working when an anbu appeared in front of my desk.

"Lord Hokage, there is a little girl coming up to ask for permission to stay in the village." I nodded my head in understanding and waved the anbu off. Just a he left, a knock made its way to my ears.

"Come in" I said, knowing that it was the girl the anbu was talking about.

In came a girl that looked about 5 years old, she had pure white hair and a pair of innocent, multi-colored eyes.

She stood in front of my desk with some headphones in her ears, listening to a song. She looked at me a if waiting for me to say something.

"Hello little girl. If I may ask, what is your name?"

"My name is Maya Sunni and I have come to ask for permission to stay in this village."

She talked with a voice that made it seem that if she couldn't stay she would be in serious trouble. She looked at me and waited for the words that could change her fate.

Maya's POV

I waited for his answer. My fate lies in his hands right now and I knew I couldn't go back to them. If they catch me, they would lock me in my room and I doubt that I would see the light of day again.

My fate would be decided right here and now. With one swift movement he looked up and said...........
