(A/n there will be cursing throughout the book just a warning)
Finally arriving at the park Sirena headed straight for the swings.
"Um.. Sirena don't you want to see more of the town..? Kyle asked.
"Nah, I want to swing for a while why don't you join me?"
"Ok, also Sirena is such a long name to say it takes so much time, do you have a nickname?"
"Si" she awnsered him.
Kyle went and sat down on a swing next to Sirena. They sat in silence for a while until two figure aproched them. As they got closer Kyle realized it to be John Karn and Emily Jones. John was the captain of the basketball team and Emily was head cheerleader. Typical high school couple. They were also some of the meanest people in school. And they seemed to walking in the direction of the swings.
"Hey, Tech Head who's this?" John said pointing at Sirena.
"First, my name is not Tech Head its Kyle, and that is Sirena she's is going to be attending our school." Kyle said not really wanting to talk to him.
John nodded, "Well we want to sit there, so could you move?" He said with venom in his voice.
With a sigh of annoyance Kyle stood up but Sirena stayed in her swing.
"Yo, whore didn't ya hear John get the fuck up." Emily said popping her gum.
But Sirena still sat there not moving.
"Hey," Emily wove her hand in front of Sirena's face, "are you deaf or something?"
Slowly standing up, "First of all Don't. Call. Me. Whore. Second of all I am very well of hearing, I just don't want to move for some wanna be stripper, and her "oh so popular" joke of a boyfriend. And I don't know why Kyle moved he has more of a right then both of you to sit here because we were here first." Sirena said trying not to hit Emily in the face.
"Um, do you know who your talking to Boo Boo? I am queen of the school, you are just a peasant."
Sirena had enough she balled up here hand into a fist and hit Emily square in the jaw. Emily held her face as tears started to stream down her face and buried her face in Johns chest. Walking away and taking Kyle's arm and walking away.
"Wow, you went from zero to one hundred real fast." Kyle said in amazement.
"I have a short temper with people like them." She simply stated.
"Ok, so where to now?" She asked him.
"Well we could stop at the Moonlight Café, and get a coffee and a cookie or something like that." Kyle said putting his hands in his pocket.
"Yea, but I don't have any money." Sirena said.
"Yes, but I do." Kyle replied.
"Oh, ok."
Kyle held out his hand for Sirena. She hesitantly took his hand and he started walking in the direction of the Moonlight Café.
