MACKENZIE'S POV

"Yes mum, I will come straight home from work!" I said to my mother while she was getting ready for work. She's an FBI agent with my father, they have been in the FBI team for nearly 25 years.

2 months ago today they started working on a top secret assignment that could possibly involve me. I am really scared but at the same time happy that mum was finally letting me help out on a case and telling me all the details. This case particually involves gang members from a Mexian cartel called the South Side Cartel. They import and export drugs and money along with kidnapped girls, between the ages of 12 and 18. Three weeks ago yesterday, the FBI sent in an agent undercover, she was in as the assistant of the leader, his name is Antonio Rodrigus. But then yesterday, the undercover FBI agent was found dead, her throat slit and a through and through gunshot between her eyes. Her name was Poppy Gala she was a really good agent and had been with the FBI for almost 10 years.

"Thank you Kenz, I'm just making sure. You know how dangerous these peole are and what they are capable of I just need to make sure that you are safe." She said back to me. My name is Mackenzie, but all my friends call me Kenzi or Kenz. I've got my mum long, brown, curly, soft hair and my dads face. But one thing makes me really unique, its my eyes they are bright grey, and they change colour when i feel a different emotion. I live with my mum Kathy and my dad Scott, they are the best parents ever but they aren't around alot cause of the job.

"Ok mum I will see you later. I have to go to work other wise im gonna be late." i replied back to her. I work at Exotic Lands, it is a clothes if you are going overseas. We stock all different types of clothes from colder weather clothes for Antarctica to hot weather clothes and swimwear for Hawaii.

I walked out the door and there was a man taking photos of our house, I didn't think much of it. But when he saw me he got in his royal blue Bugatti Veyron and sped off down the street. As i made my way to work in my black mustang, i saw the same car following me. I wondered who it was, and as i sped up i tryed to loose him and get him off my tail, but it was harder than i thought. Everytime i tured a corner he turned the same corner. I sped up even more and finally lost him.

I got to work 10 minutes late, and started serving customers. I couldn't stop thinking about who that guy was. What if he worked for Antonio, but what would he want with me. When there wasn't so many customers I sliped into the back room and called mum. It went straight to voicemail. "Hello, you've reach Kathy Spice. Sorry I could't get to the phone right now. Please leave your named and number and I'll get back to you ASAP" Damn it.

"Hey mum, I really need to talk to you its about the case." i said. I tryed calling her again, it went straight to messagebank.

Oh No the blue Bugatti Veyron is parked out the front and there is someone getting out of it.

KATHY'S POV

We all sat down in the meeting room at the FBI building. "Ok lets talk about Poppy and how Antonio found out that she was FBI." I said to the rest of the agents on this cases which was: my husband Scott, our boss John, and 3 of our co-workers, Tully, Frank and Tom.

"Well we can start with this note that someone from the South Side gang left on the doors this morning. It's addressed to you Kathy, no body has read it" Frank said.

"Wait, no body told me that there was a note, I'm in charge of this case i'm meant to be informed about everything" I said angrily.

"We were waiting for you to get here." Frank said.

"Can you read it out please Kathy" John said to Me.

"You had me fooled for a little while you filthy scumbags. You really think that you can fool me again, you can think twice about that. Hows your daughter going Kathy and Scott, i heard that she is really pretty. Just my type don't you think? Maybe I should pay her a visit at Exotic Lands. I hear it's a great place to get clothes. Anyway have a great day Kathy and Pray to see your daughter soon, Antonio" I said.

"SHIT! Call Kenzi now Scott yelled.

I got out my phone and turned it on. "2 missed calls from Kenzi" I said to everyone. I tryed ringing her back. She answered "Mum help me there is a man following me around in a royal blue Bugatti Veyron, and he's comming into the store. Help me" she said really fast but in a whisper.

"Hold on Kenzi we are on our way..." i said back to her but she had all ready hung up. "SHIT SHIT SHIT, Quick we have to go to Exoitic lands there is a man following her and he is in the store with her right now!!!"

Hey guys this is my 2nd book on wattpad. umm i hope you like it, i have alot planned for this book, i think it will be alot better than my other one. but anyway enjoy.
