Sammy's Point of View:
I walk into work and grab my note pad. I walk past my manager mumbling a hello and walk to a table of 4. I fake a smile and look at the dad in the eye.
"Hi! I am Sammy and I will be your waitress today. Do you want to start off with your drinks?"
Yes. This is my life. I hate working here. I only do three things in my routine and that is wake up, work, go to sleep. I barely ever eat.
My mom and dad died when I was young and I got put into foster care. I soon got adopted and now here I am. 14 and working at Red Robin.
I live with a very loving family. I live with my 2 brothers, my sister, and my mom and dad. I'm the oldest and we are all adopted. My mom is a baby sitter and my dad owns this Red Robin. That's how I got this job.
After my lunch break I come back in and bump into something... or someone. I look up and see the brightest blue eyes I've ever seen in my life.
"S...sorry about that" I mumble
"Yeah you better be." He snaps.
"Wow don't gotta be an ass." I mumble pushing past him.
Jake's Point of View:
"Hey honey can you come here for a second?" My 8 month pregnant mom yells from the living room.
"Yeah" I put the brush down and brush my brown hair to the side. I look in the mirror checking my hair. My blue eyes burn back into my soul. I walk downstairs. "Yeah mom?"
I say as I turn the corner. She was sitting on the couch watching judge Judy as always "Honey I am craving Red Robin. Can you please go get me some?" She pleads.
"Yeah mom." I nod grabbing my keys.
When I get to the restaraunt, I walk inside and feel a thud against my stomach.
"S...sorry about that" I look down to see the most beautiful girl I've ever seen.
"Yeah you better be." I snap not thinking. Shit. She's gonna hate me.
"Wow don't gotta be an ass." She whispers walking away.
