Adrien places his hands on Marinette's head, pulling her close. Marinette, blushing, closed her eyes... But right before their lips met, Adrien let out a quiet chuckle. Marinette felt her earrings fall out and Adrien's hands moved away from her. He held her earrings in front of her, so close she could grab them-- But she didn't. "Gotcha." He said with an evil grin. Adrien then transformed into what seemed like Chat Noir's black leather costume, except it was... White. "Mission accomplished!" Chat Blanc exclaimed proudly, holding the earrings tight in his palm. He began walking away with them, muttering about how his Father would be so proud of him... Until Marinette's sobbing voice interrupted him. "Chat...?" She called. He stopped, but didn't face her. "Chat Noir...?" She called. No response. "...Adrien...?" She called out finally. Chat felt his limbs go limp. "...So it was all... A lie?" Marinette asked, devastated. Tears streamed down Chat's face.
"...I'm so sorry."
