I arrived at school after 14 minutes of singing to the radio, I personally think I can't sing at all but that wasn't stopping me.

I parked in front of school where I park everyday, grabbed my back pack in the back and shut off my truck then grabbed my keys and slid out. (I'm a pretty short girl yanno, at 5'2)

I slowly walked up to school, I felt like today was going to just drag on. When I got to the door, everyone was piling in to get to their lockers, it was tough, I had to shove a few people just a little bit but I finally made it in.

It was a new school. Here I was locking around like a lost puppy dog trying to find the schools main office. I had no idea where I was going so I decided to try my luck and take a right turn.

It sorta looked like a typical main hallway, looks like a made the right turn after all...

As I was walking and looking door to door I finally saw in bold letters 'MAIN OFFICE'

I slowly opened the door and walked into the office to get my schedule.

"Hello." I mumbled quietly while looking at the elderly lady sitting at the desk, she looked friendly.

"Well hello dear." She said as she looked away from her computer and smiled sweetly.

"I'm afraid I'm new here, Are you new here as well." She added nicely.

"Yes I am, do you have ahold of my schedule?" I kindly asked.

It was too early for me to smile, no offense to her, she seemed awfully nice but I just wasn't quite a morning person.

"Maybe..." She said as she spun around in her spinning chair. "Last name?"

"Thompson." I responded back a little quickly.

"Uhh... Yes, here we are." She said as she handed it to me. "Have a nice day dear." She added and smiled.

"Thanks, you too." I responded as I took the paper with my classes, locker number, locker combination and ID number and turned around walking out.
