Nyeh Nyeh consists of many different worlds, in different dimentions, that are all the same place.... but somehow different.

World 9 is where everything and everyone seems like a anime, a simple stick-figure person from World 12 can completely transform into a manga character apon crossing into that Nyeh Nyeh dimention.
