Love Struck

Chapter 2

*Kalie's POV*

"Kalie! Time to wake up dear!" My mom shouted from the bottom of the stairs.

When I woke up, I went directly to the bathroom. After 15 minutes of bathing, I took my towel, rapped it around me, got out of the bathroom, went directly to the mirror and fixed myself. My hair had loose curls and put some black eye shadow, mascara, and eye liner which made my choco brown eyes pop. I put on some lip gloss and I wore white shorts and a light blue tube top.

"Morning!" I said while sitting down the chair in the kitchen. Today is my birthday when I'm going to turn 18, the day that I will find my mate.

"Hi sweetie! Happy Birthday love." My mom said while wearing a small smirk on her face and hugged me.
"Morning love! Happy birthday." My dad exclaimed while wearing a huge smile on his face and then he hugged me.

My mom putted our breakfast on the table. I ate fast because I can't wait for finding my mate.
"Whoa! Slow down dear!" My mom said.
"Sorry mom I was just so excited. And I also have to leave 'cuz I'm picking up Jessie."
"Ok. Bye sweetie! Be careful!"
My mom and dad said at the same time. " Bye guys! I love you!" I said then kissed them both on the cheek.

When I arrived at Jessie's house I honked my horn and said, " Jessica Miler! Calling Jessica Miler! Please come out your service is here!" I said while finishing it with a loud laugh. Then Jessie came out of her house while laughing her ass off.
"What the hell was that?" Jessie said while giggling.
"Well, I think it's a good day for jokes." I said when we were both laughing so hard.
"Happy Birthday Kal!!!"
Jessie greeted me with a smile on her face. "I can't believe you're gonna find your mate!"
She said while shrieking.
"Thanks Jess." I said and smiled at her

When we were near at school we sang, "All the wheels on the bus goes round and round, round and round, round and round. All the wheel in the bus goes round and round blah blah blah blah blah." We laughed our asses off until my car was parked surrounded by people. When I got out, my wolf was going crazy! It said 'Mate!!'
I looked around and as my eyes locked with his, my heart was pumping crazy. But then I realized I was staring at the eyes of Alexander George Jameson.

It's like all my anger and hate on him was gone. I was shocked because some people's hand was on my shoulder. When I look away, I saw that it was just my cousin Xavier, and my BFF Jessie. And when I looked back at Alex, I bursted into tears. I saw Alex kissing some chick. And suddenly he broke away with pain in his eyes but it was replaced with and evil look. He then grinned evily at me and began kissing that chick with both of his hands on her butt.

I then ran through the large crowd, through the school entrance, and ran into the bathroom. I was supposed to close the door when a hand slided in. I realized that it was just Jessie. When she got in, she then locked the door and went beside me. I broke down crying, sat down on the bathroom floor, put my knees up to me chest and then put my head down. I cried for at least 5 minutes.

"Kal? What's wrong?" Jessie said with a worried look on her face.
"M-my m-mate." I said with tears still running down my eyes.
"What? Who is he?" She questioned.
"A-Alexander G-George J-Jameson." I said while calming down. I saw Jessie's look. She had her hands on her mouth and I saw pity on her eyes.
"You know what? Shake it off. He won't reject you." She said.
"Yeah. Maybe, Ih Dhon't Knhow!!!!!" I cried.
"Oh come on Kal! Don't worry. Everything is gonna be fine." She said
"I guess you're right." I said. I got up, cleaned the ruined make-up and applied some more.

I went to my locker, when I opened it, I felt a presence behind me and I already know that it was Alex. So I turned around and found out that he was staring at me.

"What do you want?" I said. He suddenly put his hand on my cheek. Which I thought he was going to kiss me, so I looked up to him and then suddenly he whispered to my ear, "We can't be together." I took 2 steps backwards with a confused look on my face.
"So your rejecting me?" I said with a shaking voice.
"No. We just can't be together." He said. "Why?" I said as I felt tears filling up my eyes. He put his hands on my cheeks, wiped the tears off and said, "Because I don't want to be with you." I was shocked, so I pushed him firmly and watched him hit the other side of the hallway. He was shocked when he saw me crying. I ran and went outside the school. I turned to my wolf form. The color of my coat was all white. I ran into the forest but then I saw another wolf chasing me. When I looked into it's eyes, I knew that it was Alex.
