So, the screaming went on for a while.
Lost his balance, Ink tried to catch himself on the first available support, wich was Error, who freaked out at the sudden death grip.
Then there was the drastic shift of gravity... That surely helped. It took about a minute for Ink to realize he was back on the 'ground', finally he let go of the other, who was still screaming.
The artist stood there awkwardly, looking around in the white space.
So this was the antivoid, Huh?
...something seemed off...
He cautiously approached the other skeleton, Error lay completely frozen, shuddering and breath uneven. Sure, he didn't exactly have the best first glance, but he was positive there weren't supposed to be that many code flaws floating about.
"Uhm..." This was getting extremely embarrassing "Hey, are you alrIG-"
Ink yelped as strings lifted him from the wrists roughly, wow gravity was surely fun with him today- wait was there even gravity in here?
"WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU"
Yeesh, someone's on the moody side...
"Hey! Calm down, this doesn't have to resort to violence" Ink tried to struggle out from the grip, but failed as he couldn't move at all, he noticed that the threads weren't tied as tightly as they looked, what really immobilized him was the surge of pinpricking energy running through them, it seemed that they were controlled entirely by Error's concentration, maybe he could free himself when the other was distracted?
For a brief moment, Error's eyes widened in realization, but soon shifted into an almost annoyed stare.
"You're not from Outertale... " he mumbled aloud as his gaze casually examined the suspended victim, that now had a pale rainbow blush that just needs to be pointed out.
"Neither are you! Mind letting me down?" Ink urged, he could feel his bones aching and boy, was that uncomfortable.
"And why should I?" he quirked a brow, "There's nothing preventing you from attacking with that tool of yours" His eyes moved to the brush who laid forgotten on the ground. Eh, he did have a point...
"Besides," He chuckled with a shrug "For someone that's tied up, you don't seem to mind that much".
Easy for him to say! He's not the one literally hanging by a thread!
The victim deeply inhaled "Listen, Error, I'm just here to talk to you. Something happe-"
"Oh something happened alright!" The other snapped with a maniacal glare, "SOMETHING LIKE FILTHY GLITCHES LIKE YOU".
An instant and magic shuffled.
An instant and a piercing bone aimed.
An instant and his attention had shifted.
An instant and a mistake was made.
An instant and the bone missed.
And in an instant a battle begun.
