17. Strings

(Your pov)
I pull up to my house after a long day at work. I hear my phone go off. I check it.
Shawny😘- I have a surprise for you.....

I walk up to our door. I brush through my hair with my fingers. I straighten my light pink dress. I open the door. I hang up my purse.

I slowly walk over to the counter to see a note from Shawn. It read:
Dear Y/n, I wanted to do something for you. I bought you a new dress and shoes. Please text me after you are dressed for your directions to the next note!

I walk up the stairs to our bedroom. Sure enough, on the bed was a long turquoise and white dress and a pair of white sandals. I curled my hair and texted Shawn.

Me- Shawn, Im done getting ready.
Shawn- I bet you look beautiful! Walk down the stairs. Take a right towards the back door. There will be a note on the table between the pool chairs. Read and follow the directions.

I walk down the stairs and turn to the right. I walk out and over to the note. The new note read:
Dear y/n, I need you to drive to the place we first kissed. I will be there waiting.

I stood there. 'He's at the glass chapel' I thought. I walked to my Blue Jeep Grand Cherokee. I drove about 30 minutes until I reached the chapel.

I pulled in the parking lot to see Shawn's Jeep. I walked up to chapel. The light glow of candles gleam like stars. I look down to see bright red rose pedals. Then, I hear strumming of a guitar. I walk in the chapel to see Shawn. Shawn sat on a stool in a black pair of jeans and a Grey polo. I listen to the strumming. I didn't notice the song. Then, Shawn starts singing.

Shawn sits his guitar down. He gets off his stool and crouches down on one knew. He plus out a little red velvet box.
"Y/f/n, I want all the strings attached. I need you forever. Your the only girl in the world that can make me happy. Your the only girl that brings me back. I need all the strings attached. Will you be my forever and marry me?" he says tearing up. "Of course I will. I would love to give you all the strings attached!" I say crying slightly. "Shawn, I love you!" I say before kissing Shawn.
