Before They Were Big Time Rush

A Big Time Rush fan fiction :) I hope you like it :)

This story takes place when the boys are in their freshman year of high school.

James Diamond, the fat kid, the kid that everyone always made fun of, and never seemed to care what he thought or did. Logan Mitchell, the nerdy kid, who was basically a punching bag for all the bullies. Carlos Garcia, a kid with a learning disability, who everyone calls retarded. Kendall Knight, the guy who gets all the girls, captain of the varsity hockey team in his freshmen year, and worst of all the biggest bully in school.

James Diamond walked into the bathroom miserable as ever. He was overweight, and had no friends. Everyone just called him the fat ass, whenever he walked by during lunch they would say, "Hide your food or that fat ass will eat it all." He pinched the fat on his arms, and basically just let out a sob. "Why can't I be thin?" He said to himself. Then he lifted up his shirt in front of the mirror, and then got even more upset as he put a hand on his pudgy belly. Then the biggest bully in school walked in and noticed what James was doing. "Hey, fat ass what the hell are doing?" Kendall said. James quickly pushed his shirt down, and just stared away from Kendall trying to hide himself. "Look at me when I'm talking to you slob." Kendall yells. James glances up at Kendall who is just smirking at him. "Good, now get the your fat ass out of here." Kendall orders. James just leaves trying to hide his tears. He then moves onto his next class just wishing that the school day was over. (Later that day)

Logan Mitchell was sitting in math class where he both very comfortable and yet very afraid. He loved math, but he was afraid of what all the people who say to him after class like calling him a freak, or forcing him to do their homework. Then the teacher asked, "Now class, who can tell me what CPCTC stands for?" Logan got very excited because he knew the answer, so his hand shot up. "Yes Logan." The teacher said asking him to answer the question. "Corresponding Parts of Congruent Triangles are Congruent." He stated proudly not thinking of the insults that would come out after class. "Very good Logan." The teacher replied as she continued on with the lesson. Then the bell rang signaling the end of the class. Logan exited the room practically skipping with joy as he headed off to his next class, but then Kendall saw him walking down the hallway and couldn't resist. "Hey fag, why are so excited it's school." Kendall said. Logan immediately stopped and tried to gaze away from all the menacing stares that he was getting. "I didn't uh…." Logan tried to say, but since he did not like a lot of attention the whole situation prevented him from trying to stand up for himself. "What did you say freak?" Kendall asked angrily. Logan tried to say something again, but could not form the words, so it came out as a mumbled tone. Kendall then punched Logan right in the face knocking him down quite easily since he was much stronger than Logan. "You know, I despise kids who can't speak correctly. I'm doing you a favor, maybe if I punch you even harder your words will come out correctly." Kendall stated arrogantly. Logan tried putting his arms in front of his face, but he could not defend himself from someone as strong as Kendall, so the punches just rained down upon him. "Why can't you talk right you faggot?" Kendall said during the middle of his barrage of punches to Logan's face. Finally, a teacher saw the crowd of kids around Kendall and Logan, and then brought an end to Kendall's attack. Both boys were sent to the principal's office. "What happened Logan?" The principal asked sternly. Kendall was staring at him, and Logan knew that stare after so many years of abuse. It meant if you say anything your going to get it even worse next time. "Um, nothing happened sir. Kendall and I were just horsing around." Logan said trying to make it sound like true, but the principal knew it was lie. However, according to the rules he had to let the boys off with just a warning. Kendall and Logan then walked out of the principal's office with. After they left Kendall said, "You're pretty good at lying nerd. Keep it up because there will always be more." And with that Kendall walked away to his next class, leaving Logan there alone, and afraid. (Kendall's next class) Kendall's next class was history, which no one gave two shits about, but it was still a class so everyone had to try. Everyone was pretty good at the class, even Kendall who didn't care about school, but there was one kid who always was just so horrible at everything in school, and that kid's name was Carlos Garcia. The teacher was handing back the most recent test, and since Kendall sat next to Carlos he saw every grade that Carlos got. This grade was even lower than the others; Carlos got a 20 on one of the biggest tests of the year. "God, you're such a stupid ass." Kendall whispered into Carlos's ear. Carlos then turned his head suddenly to see who had said that to him, but it was just Kendall, the same guy who called him retarded every time he got a bad grade back. Carlos just looked so defeated; he was too upset with himself to argue back at Kendall. So, he just put his head down and tried to think of better things. Class ended later, and Carlos was asked to stay after class by the teacher. "Carlos, you're if you fail this class you will have to repeat the 9th grade." The teacher states. Carlos just sighs and walks out of the classroom with a defeated look on still on his face. "I don't know why I do so badly on these tests. I study so hard, but then when it comes time for the test I just forget everything." Carlos thinks to himself. Carlos does know that he has a learning disability, but he still thinks that he's stupid, even though he tries so hard. (School Ends) James heads to the library to pick up a few books about fashion and about to lose weight. Even though he hated the way he looked, he still liked making other people look good. James then gets to the library, finds the books he needs and heads to the checkout line when he spots someone familiar. He sees that nerdy kid Logan with some boring looking book about Biology or something. But, James still having any friends makes an attempt to talk to Logan. "Hi, what book you got there?" He asks. Logan is shocked to hear someone actually trying to start a conversation with him, but he still answers the question with, "Oh, it's a book about the history of biology with all the theories about it compromised in one massive book." "Oh, it sounds fascinating." James replies trying to keep the conversation going. "What books do you have?" Logan asks. "Oh nothing, just books for school." James says not trying to sound uncool because he likes fashion and wants to lose weight. "Sounds fun." Logan replies. The boys then each checkout their books and leave not knowing what really just happened.
