*Alexa's POV*
After a long plane ride I finally landed in Virginia! I got into the arrival terminal and ran up into the embracing arms of my dad and stepmom. "I missed you so much Darling" said dad. "I did too, we must go on a catch-up shopping trip" said my stepmom (she's a bit younger than my dad, 9 years and 3 months to be exact). "I MISSED YOU, I LOVE BOTH OF YOU SO MUCH".
After some cheesy "I missed you" and "but I missed you more" competitions with my dad and stepmom. Or as I call them, my "Virginia parents", We arrive. My dad has a really good job so he has a rather big house which I've never been to before because they have recently moved here. "I decorated your room honey, I hope you like it, if you don't we'll redecorate together tomorrow" Said my stepmom. I hike up the grand stair case into this amazing room! "I LOVE THIS AMANDA (my stepmom)". I unpack and go down stairs. My father and stepmom are sitting formally at the dining room table. "Sit down sweetheart, we have something to discuss with you". Amanda said nicely. I sit down without a word thinking my stepmom is pregnant or something
but...
"Honey the neighbours have invited us to dinner, Amanda is quite good friends with the lady next door. We are going tonight, but there is something the neighbours need you to know and agree to". My dad said nervously. "Sure what is it". I said blatantly. "Well, honey has you heard of a boy named Jacob Sartorius?" Said dad. "I think so, the name sounds familiar, is he the famous social media boy?". I said curiously. "Yes that's the one, well he lives next door and he's a really nice boy, your age as well. You mustn't tell anyone about him, he has many fans and if they find his address they will go nuts and the family will have to move, but they love it here so they would rather not, you must keep him a secret, hangout with him and talk to him all you like, we aren't telling you to stay away from him, you can't tell anyone about him, that's all. Not even your closest friends". Snapped dad. "I cross my heart and hope to die" I say seriously...
