She was sitting on the cold grass on that black inky night, trying to make patterns out of those beautiful coloured lights that shimmered on the mountains like those sparkling stars that made their way to her sight every midnight. For her, life was something that had to make her realise that every single moment was worth living. For her, smiling unconditionally was the only thing that had to last till her last breathe. Blue book? Well that was another mystery. From a very young age, Amanda developed the habbit of writing every single thing in that book. It was more than a true friend to her; something that always unveiled the darkness behind her fear and uplifted the light of her smile.

Amanda was reading her book as Jade entered. She looked at him with her glittering eyes and in a moment her memories started rolling down her rosie cheeks.
